2 employees restocking paper goods with their backs to me, 1 running the drive up window and 1 working the kitchen. It took over 4 minutes for someone to greet me. The girl working the drive up window was buzzing around super busy and finally attended to me while the others seemed oblivious to the fact that I was standing there!

I don’t often write poor reviews, but they messed up the size of my drink the other day, I asked for them to correct it, not a big deal, I wait there for 10 minutes for them to fully refund the last drink, then charge me the 40 cent difference, it absolutely cost them more in labor to correct this than it was worth.
I go in today, and they give me the wrong drink completely, and I didn’t have time to even comment, nor the care; just one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a chain in a long time.

This Dunkin CONSISTENTLY gives the best service. ALWAYS gets my drinks and food right and in a timely manner. Drive thru staff are friendly. Walk-in staff are friendly. It’s CLEAN and newly renovated. Fabulous establishment. Zero complaints.

What a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. I have always been a hot coffee with cream and sugar kinda gal, so when Laura took my order through the drive thru, I was pleased and grateful that she not only answered my questions but explained the difference between a latte and cappuccino and asked me questions to guide me to what I wanted. She did all this quickly and efficiently while being so pleasant. At the window, I met Chris, who was also friendly and welcoming. When I asked him to thank Laura for me, he agreed and said, “We’ve got you.” Since I went through the drive thru, there wasn’t really an atmosphere, but I did observe that the area was clean and bright. This is the Dunkin that I will be giving my business to.

What can go amiss on a visit to Donuts? Lots…. But the day I went the workers were happy, cheerful, and helpful. Food came out fast, coffee was excellent. Not much of a view if you’re dining in – just traffic – but clean and adequate spaces.
