Just went through this morning on my way to work and got harsh browns. Worse hash brown I’ve had from a dunkin. They were so hard you couldn’t even eat them. Way over cooked.

Can anyone explain to me why I can’t get decent Dunkin’ Donuts coffee here? If I’m in MA and order a coffee at Dunkin everything is exactly as I expect. When I order coffee at literally any DD in VT it is either watery or tastes like it’s been sitting around for four hours. I just ordered a small coffee At the Jericho Road location and it is like drinking water with a splash of coffee and cream. It’s disgusting.

Second Time here and both times had to wait over 25 minutes to get served. If you are thinking “oh it’s right off the highway it’ll be fast”…. Don’t fall for it. It’s a trap.

I never leave Google reviews but this Dunkin deserves a 1 star. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. The staff are incompetent. They’re slow, rude, and just clearly don’t care about the happiness of their customers. Not a care in the world. The quality of the coffee; not existent. I’ve had to change the way I order my coffee because their machine that deposits the cream is always broken, so they eyeball it. I’m usually just drinking a straight up cup of cream with a splash of coffee. I refuse to order food from here because the two times I have, I’ve had to wait 20 mins. I don’t know what it is to make this a functional Dunkin, but do something about it.

Just ordered a large cold brew with 3 cream, 2 liquid cane, and 1 hazelnut. Preplaced the order at 5:13am, got there at 5:15 and waited at the drive thru window for about 10 minutes before the green haired girl working noticed my existence. I was patient and waited, I watched her make my drink and waited another 3-5 minutes. I then asked “Can I have the cold brew right there, I believe that one is mine” she scuffed and looked annoyed. Grabbed the coffee and said “I SAID I would be with you in a minute”. “I am one person and I have to deal with the lobby AND drive thru”. Dunkin, if you should take her off of opening shifts. It is too overwhelming for her.

While the food and coffee is always average at best I found the charmy atmosphere quite appealing. I also noted that only one worker was there handling it all while their manager wouldn’t come and help. That young lady named Sam was so amazing and polite, I felt so bad for her being treated that way.

This is absolutely hands down without a doubt the worst Dunkin’ Donuts anywhere. If you don’t order your food at least 15-20 minutes ahead of time you will be standing around waiting, then if you are lucky enough to get your order before your hair turns grey, you better check it because it’s never right (like, for example, two times ago i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, got my order and headed out, and they put it on a English muffin, not toasted, went back to ask why they did that, and they said “oh, we don’t have any bagels today” so instead of telling me that and offering me a refund or something else, they just did what they wanted and thought it was okay, but i guess what am i supposed to expect from a bunch of zombied out purple and green haired teenagers moving at a snails pace???). Everytime i break down and try this place again (because it’s the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to me) i ALWAYS question why i did that again, as they continue to just get worse and worse. This place should be shut down if they can’t get anything right, ever, and make you wait on top of that for your incorrect order. Zero stars!
