Ordered six donuts, they got them and get in the car to open them up and they were wrong! So I went back in to have them fixed and yet again they are wrong. All the employees complained about was that they were busy! People would much rather wait for you to take your time and get their order right the first time.
Then I got treated from the only guy working there because I was telling his grandma that was working there to take her time to get my order right and he threatened to kick my ass and take me out! Shocking that there phones are not working either in order for me to contact them and get the owner of the facilities number to have a chat about his employees!

Great Dunkin here. Staff members very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Store was clean and well maintained. Food was hot, fresh and tasted great! Highly recommended!

The staff are always friendly and the building is very clean. However, I have had several orders messed up or parts of the order missing. Or my bagel will be cold by the time my coffee is done or vice versa. If I place a mobile order 5 minutes ahead of time I still end up waiting 5 minutes at the shop for half of my order to be fulfilled (I dont place big orders, literally 2 or 3 items).
I also believe (I know this is a corporate issue not the local branch) their food is WAY overpriced. $5 for a bagel with cream cheese that I have to spread the cream cheese myself? I can (and will in the future) go to any number of local bagel shops where bagels are made fresh each morning and have a dozen different varieties and pay much less than what Dunkin charges. I used to go to Dunkin because it was fast and cheap but as they are no longer either of those things I will be supporting local businesses from now on instead.

We stopped on a road trip for a quick stop before a long stretch of highway- the gentleman behind the counter was helpful, competent and kind. We used the mobile app to order; they were out of the donut we ordered (not a huge deal) and the wrap we ordered -again, not a deal breaker. Food was served as soon as it was done- restrooms are connected to the convenience store and they definitely needed servicing. Conveniently located off the highway. Lobby area was clean and tidy.

This location is my usual stop on my way to work. The latte I order is always great, if a little sloppy from overfill, but today I ordered some of the Hashbrowns with “Queso” and bacon. The “Queso” was just two slices of barely melted American Cheese pressed on top of the hashbrowns. Y’all need to try just a little harder.

5 stars to this beautiful , big and clean Dunkin’ Donut right on the U.S. Route 2, then plenty of parking outside but easily accessible using the bus nr.1 !
Even during the late afternoon it’s possible to find a large variety of pastry! Boston cream pie Donut is my favourite absolutely!

Worst dunkin experience ever
Croissant sandwich was only warm. Cheese wasn’t even melted on it. And they serve you cold bacon. The young lady said they can’t serve the bacon hot because it gets too hot. Just gross. Only good thing was the ice coffee.

This location has great coffee and doughnuts. The only problem is that it’s always a crowd of people waiting for 15 min . just for a cup of coffee . A little ridiculous !
