Sat 9/27- note is to management and other patrons: full time Wilmington Resident here. Came this morning at 9am to bring my two children for a requested morning treat. Young woman who took my order and rang me up was very nice.
Gentleman with long hair (sorry didn’t look at name tags, guess I should) who gave me my coffee was definitely “off”
– ordered a bagel with cream cheese for my 6 year old son- got all the way home and it was a crossaint sausage egg and cheese which he will not eat. So thanks for that.
-called the store to inform them, and assuming there was only one gentleman on shift today, he answered the phone- and was very disingenuous in his apology and offered for me to drive back “to get my bagel” so convenient packing two children back into the car to drive back downtown to get one of my (3 items)
Driveway thru wasn’t even busy when we were there.
1- if your job is too hard and you can’t get a simple order right, then leave
2 if you don’t like your job, then leave.
3 if you don’t like your customers here, then leave.
4. If you “just don’t care”, then please leave and don’t work in any other customer service based job because you give those of us that do work in the industry and care, and provide good service a bad reputation.

I know there are good workers here but unfortunately I will not be returning to this location as it is not worth the gamble of quality of service. I have never had an unpleasant experience in the Brattleboro location. So I will continue there, the village roost here, or Starbucks in Bennington. “THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER”

Sparkly, well-staffed—with some very cool seeming people I might add!—and nice, normal donuts. I love the tables. Any store that lets me and a friend sit around for over two hours despite having cumulatively spent about four dollars has a special place in my heart.

A small-sized Dunkin Donuts that has everything the larger places have: donuts, coffee, tea, sandwiches and other drinks. The service is fast and there is space to sit and enjoy a drink with friends. It has an easy drive thru as well. Additionally, it is also part of a Sunoco gas station.

Completely disappointed with my experience here. We always come here every year when we go to Maine for vacation and this time was absolutely unpleasant. I wanted to order munchkins for my daughter and they had almost NOTHING prepared including regular donuts. Now I accepted it and decided to sway and get her some hashbrowns THAT’S IT, no drink or anything else since we were already prepared there. With that being said, I ordered first then about 5 more people ordered after me. I waited +20 minutes for the guy behind the counter to even acknowledge me (after EVERYONE ELSE left with their coffee and food). He says to me ‘Oh what are you waiting on?’ And I calmly told him ‘just an order of hashbrowns’ to have him tell me ‘I thought I gave you them already…’ Mind you I was BY MYSELF so what do you even mean? He proceeds to give me attitude but pull them out of the warmer tray after having been in there for over 5 minutes (so they were lukewarm ). He hands them to me without an apology or anything and whatever he did say he mumbled with an attitude still in his voice. I am truthfully disgusted in the service I received here especially after being so patient.

We stayed up the road for 2.5 weeks and after 3 visits, decided we wouldn’t go back. The regular staff members (2 older women) are consistently rude and lack customer service. The food 2 out of 3 times tasted spoiled and upset my wife’s stomach. 1 time a regular black coffee, was like dish water. The butter toffee syrup wasn’t even mixable in the coffee. Coming from visitors that have worked in the food industry, there is no way product is kept as it should be.

Dine in was not open and rest rooms are closed. Don’t plan for the stop if you would need to use those.
