This place isn’t bad, but I feel like some work could be done on cleaning. But, it never fails to appease me and my father. We’ve been coming here for almost 7-8 years, but everytime I remeber the place being dirty. We used to always sit in these comfy chairs there and sometimes crumbs and jelly would be on them and sometimes the table would be sticky, and the floor never looked the best. but overall, the staff have been nice every time and the food never disappoints!

It the worst place to go there a male manger name Kieth that was so inappropriate me and my daughter was getting some donuts and coffee and he was standing next to no smoking sign outside and my 12 little girl she some time get missing for a 16yr old because she much taller then most girls her age but she gone to the car to grab my phone and he stop her and ask her if she want a job there and she said no thanks sir then he said oh come on a pretty young girl don’t want a job here she then said no again then he said why do you look so scared I just thought you would be up to it I have young girls working here all the time she when quickly grab my phone and and came back and when she did she look so scared i payed and left but after getting in the car it felt like someone was watching us and when I look it was the same guy just looking into the car by the way no one was wearing gloves

The staff is great!! They work together especially when they get busy. Even when they’re really busy they are friendly and work really hard. I use this location regularly.

Friendly, fast, accurate (most of the time), never ever busy when I got there. They open really early, which I love while doing laundry first thing in the morning, and they have strong wifi and open bathroom to boot!
They’ve started to do the Starbucks thing of points and special deals for ordering ahead, but be warned that if you’re paying for your drink in the store, you have to scan the app before you finish checking out.

I prefer this Dunkin to the other one in town. Everything is always made the way we want it and they are always very nice. Even when they are super, super busy with all the different ways they take orders they are still helpful and kind.

2 employees just outside door smoking, had to walk through cig smoke to enter. Young lady waited on me, her hair was not up and she played with it while she was taking my order. She got chocolate all over donut box when she closed the box. Will not visit this store again. Was first time to visit. Donuts were dry and terrible. Had to throw some away. Bought 1 doz, 1 apple fritter was over cooked, very dark, almost burned. I didn’t see anyone wash their hands.
