This is one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever visited!
The hand soap smelled amazing, the hand dryer was eco-friendly, and the fall/Halloween décor was absolutely on point. Huge shout-out to the manager deserves a promotion or a big bonus!
(They are just extremely slow! It took 15 min for us to get our teas and it was not crowded so enjoy the decor while you’re waiting! Lol)

I come here often. I have not usually ever had a problem with any of the employees being rude or disrespectful at the drive through window. Nor have I ever had a problem with any distance at a drive through window at this location. The woman working the drive through window on 11/16/25 at 7:30 am. Was by far the most unprofessional employee I have come in contact with here, I pulled around with more than enough room up to the window and was met immediately with “you need to start pulling closer up. I should not have to be leaning this far out the drive through window to scan or hand you a drink” in response I said to her I feel like thats a bit of an over reaction being that I’m right next to the window. As we exchanged payment and product. She had said back to me in an extremely aggressive manner that she was not over reacting and proceeded to slam the drive through door in my face. If the employee working the drive through cannot handle doing basic drive through tasks like handing food out the window and in turn is speaking aggressively to customers they should not at all be working a drive through. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

A heavyset lady with dark brown/blackish hair that worked the drive through window on 1/5/25 at about noon was extremely rude, off-putting and not friendly at all. She needs to be spoken to by management.

For some reason no matter how many times they change staff at this Dunkin they always manage to screw up basic orders.
The last 3 times I’ve come here (lack of other quick options in the area) they have given me the wrong order (can’t tell the difference between an english muffin vs croissant) and they cook any sign of life or edibility out of the hash-browns.
Please fire the manager of this location and get someone who can competently hire and train staff.
(Hash brown in the picture is hard as a rock and breaks like glass)

I asked if the refreshers have caffeine and was told that they don’t. I googled it after I bought it and they actually have a lot of caffeine. The large that I got had 135 mg. I can’t drink this and they wasted my money.

Horrible customer service!! Whoever the lady was who was working on 10/22/22 at 12:53pm, fought with me when I called saying the coffee was cold. She continued to say “it’s not cold, you’re lying. I brewed the coffee myself”. When I asked her for a refund she refused saying the coffee isn’t cold. What the heck? Very unprofessional and rude!!!!
