This is absolutely my go to Dunkin’ Donuts for the last 6 months or so. The girls are great. Especially Tasha! She is absolutely a pleasure to see when I come to this location. Always kind, polite, attentive and has always made my coffee correct, it’s always on point and the freshest, best tasting coffee from any Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever gone to. Such a pleasure stopping here! She is definitely an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts and whoever does the hiring needs to hire more people like her, she’s great!

I have given this Dunkin way too many chances since it’s my only way to get coffee on my way to work. Overall the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. In the mornings they take way too long (I get it, they’re understaffed), often the coffee tastes awful, if I make a mobile order they’ll have my drinks ready but not the food (I have to ask for it after waiting for long), and the most recent mistake: I asked for a spider donut and they gave me a frosted donut with a munchkin on it…

This Dunkin is so fast in the afternoon. There’s a girl there (Natasha) who is equal to three employees elsewhere. She always remembers your order and makes it perfect in no time at all. I literally can pull into her line with five other cars in it and still be done in less than two or three minutes.

I was having a hard time figuring out the Dunkin’ app, the cashier was rather rude to me and quite impatient, everything was very confusing and frankly the app is idiotic, with how horrible the format is. But anyway, got the coffee and avacado toast quickly (though they were not clear as to what food was mine). Would not recommend Dunkin’ in general, but maybe the drive-through was better.

We tried the drive-thru but the attendant couldn’t hear despite me reaching out of the window and my elevated volume. The manager inside said he’ll submit a work order to repair the intercom. Our coffee and sandwiches were great.

I placed an order for a drink with butter pecan. Girl handed me a drink that looked totally different and I asked if it was pecan. She was very rude and said yes. I drank it and it was strawberry and pecan. I didn’t order strawberry. It made my bad day worse. Thanks.

Its rare that things go well at this Dunks. I put up with it usually as its my local dunks, even when I could hear a woman shit talking me at the drive thru when she thought it was muted. But this morning, I ordered a LARGE refresher. I walked in to a small and simply said that I ordered a large and the woman just kept repeating that all they had under my name was a small. When I got back to my truck, I could finally check my receipt online and it very clearly stated large.
This was a relatively small issue, but considering that theres a problem literally every single time I come in, it was the straw that broke the camels back for me. I’m sick of no one at this location being capable of taking criticism and being fully unwilling to help customers find solutions to things. By far the worst customer service at any dunks I’ve ever been to, and seemingly is always getting worse.
