Woman at the counter had only been working there for a couple of weeks and got my order wrong. I asked for two pumps of syrup and she gave me three pumps of syrup and two sugars.

I then drank my latte afterward and proceeded to get very sick for the next 4 hours. I have a feeling the milk that they gave me was bad. I do not recommend coming to this. Dunkin’.

Ordered a side dish and a coffee and waited over 20 minutes to receive my food. The coffee I received, overall was pretty good. I did clarify if my food was on its way and then the lady behind the counter started to yell at me that she was doing the best that she could by herself. I clarified that I was not trying to stress her out but that I did have people waiting for me and at this point I didn’t really even want them anymore if they were going to take much longer. She yelled at me again and then by the time I did receive my food, it was cold anyway. I also heard two customers in front of me say that they had their drinks made wrong and ask if they could be made correctly for them. She said she would get it right the next time and tried to get out of it anyway she could. The man that was my cashier also told me that they didn’t have what I ordered even though it was on the menu and then when I pointed that out he gave me another option. And someone else behind the counter pointed out that it was right in front of him on the screen.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Also you can’t get out of the drive thru line once you’re in it. Got up to where you order and sat there and nobody took my order so assumed it was broke and you just have to order at the window and then the second I drove away from it someone tried taking my order. Got up to the window and the employee was super rude. She looked like she was in her 40s/50s. She had brown hair and glasses (no name tag) and started arguing with me because “they tried taking my order but I already pulled away” and then told me I was gonna hold up her line after I just waited 20 minutes in her line. Super unprofessional & rude. Won’t be going there ever again.

Richard and the other MALE team members are literally FANTASTIC. they are always FRIENDLY, hard working getting DRIVE THRU & COUNTER orders out FAST instead of talking to eachother being catty & arguing with each other or telling long stories to customers like EVERY female employee at this location. my husband forgot his card the other night, i went in yesterday morning to ask if they found a card from last night and one of the ladies answered ” Not that im aware of ” & just stared at me, instead of maybe LOOKING in the register, the safe, the office, or asking someone or doing anything?? my husband went back later that night & THANK GOD for RICHARD, he saw & recognized my husband and said he put the card in the office, my husband could get it when a manager was in the next morning.

2 weeks ago I was trying to order a Large Hot Coffee and the blonde party city wig manager who definitely seems like shes on adderall or something was SO rude she didnt even wait for me to finish ordering with the cashier before she started making a random ICED coffee & handed it to me (mind you she handed it to me at the register it wasnt like i grabbed another customers drink) and then she had the audacity to give me attitude when i said this wasnt what i ordered. when she remade the coffee it still wasnt the right flavor but it was hot so i just took it and left.

This was the last chance I was willing to give Dunkin.

I took a break from Dunkin for a year, hoping there could be something to look forward to when I felt like trying their fall drinks. I also had a giftcard so okay, nothing to lose. We got the almond spice iced coffee and nutty pumpkin iced coffee. I just can’t. Every coffee despite which chain location is bitter, or watery, or acidic, or just difficult to drink. The colors are off and cheap looking. These specific flavors this time sound so happy and seasonal but it’s like throwing money away, I couldn’t finish my drink. I got a stomach ache.

We also ordered food. For an $18 late lunch it was painfully overpriced. We have better and cheaper gas station food. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was burned. My chicken wrap was smaller than a poptart but surprisingly, very tasty. Only positive from this road trip food stop other than their location was big with lots of places to sit. Sorry Dunkin, I won’t be seeing you anymore.

Drive thru was top priority. Person in line in front of us walked out. Wait no register person. We began to do a take out order and someone showed. Received food way before 2 drinks. 3 people who came in after us got their orders before us (one drink each. Apparently 2 drinks at the same time is difficult.) Typical DD. Why i dont go anymore.

We waited 45 minutes for 3 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches and after 45 minutes of chaos we walked out. We only got 2 drinks. We lost $20 !!! I asked several workers about our order and no one seemed to be helping us. Terrible service!!! Will not go back!

The wait was not bad. Several orders were backing up and sitting on the counter. N̈ot sure if they were going to drive through or inside.
My order was correct. My hot chocolate was terrible, it was watery and had clumps of chocolate powder floating on top. One customer came in and complained their order was wrong. Some of their was on the counter.

Odd behaviour from the staff, everyone seemed so disengaged, I almost felt bad for ordering at the counter.. And an abnormally long waiting time for a simple order outside of busy hours
