Ordered my coffee as usual 3/8 drive thru was slow but I wasn’t in a rush. Waitted a while to order, and asked why she put my donut as baker’s choice when I ordered a specific kind- was told because hunting for the right button took too long and they all do it this way. No ma’am they actually don’t. Waited at the window several minutes after paying and receiving the donut for my coffee. So she hands me a large with my ticket saying oops we made it large your good to go.
Unfortunately I wanted the size I ordered with the cream and sugar amounts I wanted and this young girl is straight arguing with me over it.
Called the store and whoever answered indicated they were in fact the manager and what was she supposed to do about it..
Verbatim “I can’t do anything about that now” …… I’m just in awe people act like this on the clock.

Absolutely! Despicable. The place is understaffed staff don’t seem to really care about the people. I informed them they were out of toilet paper and they said oh yeah it’s been like that for a couple hours. Nobody jumped to get a roll. Nobody bothered to do anything. They didn’t make the sandwich we ordered. They didn’t get the toilet paper so desperately desired. We’ve been here many times. It has not gotten better. Avoid this place if you can and to the owner. You desperately need to up your customer service. The kids that work there have absolutely zero consideration to your consumers.

absolutely horrible service. rude workers who were not trained right and don’t know how to do their job. they couldn’t even tell me what kind some donuts were and they didn’t even know how to put a sandwich on the register. train your workers. they didn’t even unfreeze the sandwiches before letting people order and they said it would be a 30 minute wait, after i said i wanted a refund and im not waiting 30 minutes a worker proceeded to say “i can’t refund you and nobody said you had to” in the rudest way ever. No knowledge of how to speak kindly to customers and in fact they did say i had to wait 30 minutes. She said she couldn’t refund me either and someone else had to do it. Learn to do your job and how to speak to customers.

Went up about 9:30am, got 2 drinks 6 donuts. One of the drinks I asked for one of the drinks not to be mixed and the lady mixes it right in front of me. The other was burnt and didn’t even have the right amount of stuff I wanted in it. First I wanted butternut but they didn’t have it, second was a glazed chocolate stick, didn’t have that. You know that look of an old donut, that was how my donuts looked liked.
This is also just the first time ANY of this has happened to me. I understand some people have bad and good days but this is a constant thing with this place. I will never ever in my life go to a Dunkin’ Donuts in the town of Skowhegan.

They need to hire more people over there , bad customer service , waited 45 minutes for my hot coffee and other drinks ! And that place was trying to scam me for my food, that I paid for and then the boy asked for my receipt four times and I gave it to him and he gave me attitude and told me not to come back after I paid you for my stuff ! I asked for the manager but it seems like the managers are never here , they said to me ! Worst place ever and I won’t be returning back here for my drinks and my food!

Apparently you aren’t allowed to get your drink with no ice here or at least you will be argued with about asking for no ice in your drink. First time that has ever happened.

We ordered two medium coffees. Not the problem. The wait time in the line is. We do understand that people ahead of us may have ordered a ton of items… again not the problem. The problem is, the staff, not in a personal sense, but as it pertains to their job. Training is lacking, there were no smiles, no greeting of hello or hi or anything. Looking through the window at the other employees they looked empty and unmotivated. No sense of urgency to help the customer or increase the throughput of the drive thru. Revenues and reviews get better if the staff is happy and buys into the culture of the franchise. This is vitally important to running a successful business not just because it’s an easier drive thru to get into than the other in town. This might reflection of leadership and the culture that is fostered at this location. The coffee as usual was great. Thank you

Service was so disorganized. Was told it would be an half an hour wait on sandwiches due management dropping the ball big time and not making sure areas were stocked for further service.
A couple of staff was rude about refunding our money, and other staff couldn’t tell me what flavor doughnuts that were in display case! Will not bother to return!
