On September 26, I went to this dunkin and order my usual small frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream and extra drizzle. This is the 7th time they have messed up my order. I even shouted my order at the speaker for them to get it right and they still didn’t. They need to retrain the employees. They were also very rude to me a few times. All I asked was for them to remake my order very nicely and they flat out told me no. Do better.

I am addicted to the new Sabrina’s daydream and get it almost daily in one location or another.
The last several times on water street it has been very sub par. Got two today for myself and a helper and it was nearly pure white instead of pink. I was already home before I tried it and hadn’t noticed until it was too late. I didn’t have 20min to go back and have them fix it. Went back in the afternoon with a picture of it and to ask for another and they refused without the actual drink. I am disappointed they wouldn’t make another with a pic with today’s date showing a clear problem with the drink
The avocado toast was cold too but I didn’t much care about that. It was the drink I look forward to daily and sometimes multiple times a day I wanted them to make another one of. I threw mine away. They told me I had to bring it back. I guess I should have known that but it was hours later. They’d probably blame me for it because it was hours later anyway
I’ll just save my money and stop going to either of them here in town.

I felt it could be cleaner and more help. It took 10 minutes to get my sm coffee. The two ladies working, we’re nice, and was doing their best.

The Dunkin on Water Street is my go to place for iced coffee and occasional Boston Cream donut. Most of the I utilize the drive-thru. It is a popular place so the wait can be some. Normally pretty satisfied customer but been some issues through years. Still like going there!

I asked for a Dunking ice coffee n I get an original coffee not what I asked for. It was gross n so strong I tried to fix it at home n it’s still not good. Will be awhile or if I go back.

This location is extremely unprofessional. There are a bunch of kids with no real manager on site. When asked if they had a plain bagel they went out to check and confirmed yes they did. After about 12min of waiting for my order they returned to tell me they did not have any. First off, the fact they confirmed they did and then came back after 10min to say they sold out was frustrating. Second, it took over 20min to get my order. They had not even started my order after 10min. I get that it was busy, but 10 people came and went while I waited. They had ordered in person after I had and still got it before I had. Not at all impressed.

I visit this location regularly because it’s close to home and work. I’ll be honest, I always make sure I give myself a solid extra 10 minutes to make this stop because it’s 50/50 whether it’ll be a quick visit or not. They’re usually pretty quick to take the orders, but there have been numerous times I’ve sat at the window waiting, even just for acknowledgment, for 5+ minutes. Typically I only order a drink, there have been a few occasions where I’ll have ordered and get to the window and can see my drink order sitting on the counter, or not at all (because it hasn’t been made) but they’re making the food order for the person behind me. I can understand being short staffed, and only being able to do so much so fast, but at some point, if you know you’re behind, its important that you communicate with your customers. “Hey, I appreciate your patience, we’ll get this out as soon as we can.” Sometimes, that simple acknowledgement is the difference between a happy customer and completed sale and an angry one who felt ignored and unimportant and drove away. It’s pretty clear that staffing is a problem here, and I applaud the full timers I see there regularly holding the fort. Of course, there is always room for improvement, and sometimes they aren’t the friendliest bunch, but I can see that they are putting forth their best foot, and to some extent, can feel their frustration. It’s not easy to keep up with so much and maintain a level head, great customer service and accuracy. But the fine line is drawn at the importance of both of those things, because the success of the location entirely teeters on just that.

We had the best experience here. The young lady that took out order in the drive thru was professional but funny to the point we all laughed. When our money was taken we made sure to leave a little something for her. The coffee was amazing , the service was A plus. Good job guys for making it a joy to get a cup of coffee.
