This Dunkin has a magnetic field that attracts my car to it almost every day! We are greeted at the speaker, sometimes by name, then are always passed the goods with a friendly smile by seemingly happier staff than any other fast food drive- through in town. They are not the fastest but definitely have the best attitudes and customer service. I regularly visit the other Dunkin’s in town so I know which is best- Oakland KMD gets 5 stars from me!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

For some reason, the coffees ordered (the same as we always do), were about the worst we’ve had… You would think, one Dunkin should be just as good as another. I’ve started making my own cold brew at home (with my own percolator ground blend) and it’s much better. But the drive through service on this day (Saturday afternoon) was fast.

Walk in and no donuts are made. All the shelves are empty. They completely forgot about my order and when I finally received everything, nothing had condiments or was made right. Worse experience at a coffee shop yet in 35 years… honestly hope all the staff gets fired and replaced with people who actually care about their jobs.

They got the order right and offered up food that was on the menu. Suggestive selling? Hell yeah! Based on my order, they were able to upsell another $15 with of food. Good business tool. As a customer, this is awesome. As a franchise owner, this is something not to be overlooked. They have it together here.

You’re gonna pay for add ons or extras, not get them, and the staff won’t care. I’d love to speak with the owner. We try to give this place a chance time and time again, and the service fails every time. Something is always wrong with our order. We often do On The Go ordering for convenience sake. When our order is wrong, we always politely bring it up to the staff and they never care. They don’t offer to resolve the issue, provide credit, or even offer a genuine apology. We had another issue today, and I understand it’s Thanksgiving and no one wants to be there, but you can’t throw customer service out the window. I’m tired of paying extra for something and not getting it, and getting no respect in return when you try to bring up an issue. Please contact me.

I commonly like Dunkin’ donuts. I enjoy their coffee and most of the time I know what I’m going to be getting. I don’t get their donuts very often and occasionally when I’m feeling like it, I will partake in a hot breakfast sandwich. I was extremely disappointed this visit to Dunkin’ donuts in Oakland Maine. My egg was not anywhere in the sandwich but outside of between the bread the cheese was 10% of the normal amount of cheese I would normally see on my sandwich and overall The bagel was soggy and chewy and slightly inedible. I honestly believe that my sandwich was checked onto the floor body slammed and elbow dropped before eventually putting it into the wrapper and serving it to me because my sandwich was more disheveled than any sandwich I have ever purchased at a fast food chain. I am leaving today’s review because this is not the first time I’ve witnessed this happen but I am assuring you that I will remove my review if things get better. I love Dunkin donuts however I did not enjoy my visit.

I call it My Dunkin. I’m not into fast food. Donuts are a different animal all together. If Dunkins is unavailable I think the planet will stop. I’ve met most of the staff at this location. Our party is usually 2-3 motorcycles. We love our coffee and Donuts. Kudos for good clean services and great foods!
