Horrible location. Never spaces to park (and walking across in this area is particularly dangerous. Staff varies in knowledge and skill.
Recommend if you are still supporting big name brands like Dunks, you go out to the Wilton location.

If I could pay to give zero stars I would do it, I arrived and the first thing I saw was my order, which was 2 matcha drinks and a sandwhich, both of the matchas were half liquid and half foam. One drink was made horribly and the other was just made wrong (I had to ask them to add on the cold foam I paid for), by the time we left the foam had fallen and the drinks were halfway full before we drank out of them.

This Dunkin has been very influential in my enjoyment as a college student. The workers are always very nice and even if the food isn’t always quick, it’s got a lot of tables to wait at and free Wi-Fi, plus their music choice is impeccable 9 times out of 10. I went there today for a late evening snack, and the new-hire was an absolute delight! They had the air of someone who has been there long enough to hate their job–despite it being their first day–and yet still puts their all into doing it. They were very funny and I hope they stay hired. Overall, best Dunkin around, and not just because it’s the only one even remotely close to my campus. Also, there’s a girl with nice orange braids who works there; she’s been doing a great job and is very efficient.

Not one to publicly complain but VERY disappointed in my coffee lately….multiple times I have gotten a mouth full of coffee grounds when I get to the last 1/4 of my cup of coffee. Could absolutely deal with a one off but not when this is a continuous issue!!!

Very rude service this morning. I could tell they were really busy so I wasn’t expecting to get help as soon as I walked in. I was taking my time getting my money out of my wallet when I heard the cashier say “Come on, let’s go, I have a hundred drinks to make!”. Definitely understand being overwhelmed, but talking like that to someone is not really acceptable. I refused to order and I don’t think I’ll be going to Dunkin again for awhile.
After reading some other reviews it looks like this is not the first time this person has treated someone like this.

This is the only place that I have ever been lucky enough to actually have the pleasure of being able to Always get a fresh coffee and I have been to thousands of different locations and I am very particular about fresh coffee Vicki Knows Dunkin donuts coffee better than most of the employees facts straight forward

I really think Kendrick is the man and the best at customer service of the place. Kendrick always goes above and beyond for the customers and tries to make sure they all leave with a smile. He also stirs the mocha coffees the best. Ask him for a knock knock joke and he’ll give you a funny one.

Pretty sad when you show up at 8:30 and it says that the store closes at 9:00 you put a mobile order in and you can’t receive it because they decided that they changed their hours without alerting the public or changing the sign that shows the store hours I’d like to know who’s just making these decisions glad you can waste my gas and my time I will be reporting this to the higher-ups This is BS. This is got to be the worst store location I’ve ever seen.
