They often get my order wrong and I’m not quite sure how many times I have asked for a sandwhich to be cut in half only to have to go back up and ask them to do it. It happens often and it’s ANNOYING, but….they do make it right and they are doing their best. The drive through gets long and they have orders coming in like crazy. I have waited over 25min for a drink and sandwhich. They need more staff and they probably should be paid more….I’m OK with a slightly more $$ coffee if it’s made right the first time.

Got the new Brown Sugar sweet cream cold brew. It was just brown sugar and Cinnamon (which should be in the name) sprinkled on top of normal sweet cream. But it was good. Love cinnamon usually but not in coffee

Besides KFC/TB the wait for service here is the longest depending on time of day but even during non busy times it’s rare you get immediate assistance. During busy times it can be up to a half hour. Donuts ok, kids seem to like the egg wraps, lemon aide drink also ok
