I ordered the bacon breakfast wrap $5 meal with hash brown potatoes and a medium coffee. Simple take-away meal, tasty, satisfying and reliable. You don’t HAVE to order it up by yourself but it’s normally quicker. The kiosk is pretty standard but I did have to get used to it. This Dunkin is inside a Circke K,so ascfarcas atmosphere goes, it is what you get.

I just had what might be the best chicken tacos that I have ever had. And keep in mind I’m 68 years old. They were stuffed full. The tortillas were perfectly cooked and the chicken had a something that reminded me of oh a spice. I can’t think of tandoori. Maybe let me think Curry probably.

I literally travel all over the country, this is by FAR the SLOWEST Dunkin I’ve EVER been too.
Waiting 6 minutes at the drive thru speaker with only 2 vehicles ahead of you…what??? No apology, no I’ll be right with you, NOTHING. I left before picking my mobile order. Literally in front of my hotel. To hell with this Dunkin.

I love Dunkins. This is on a gas station, so it’s extra convenient. The staff is responsive and prompt and make great coffee.

Inside the Irving, if you are looking for it. Busy place, early. There were 3 people visible, and at least one producing sandwiches out of sight. Nobody was wasting time, but it was BUSY at 5:30 AM. No tables at this walk-up/drive-through. When I was there Irving also had no restroom or ice, but those shouldn’t be normal.

Ordered ahead on the ap, 16 minutes before arriving, 3 coffee, 3 sandwiches, 3 hashbrowns, and 6 donuts. Had to ask about the order twice because it took a total of 45 minutes to get the order after it was placed on the app. Really disappointed with how long it took.

I did a Dunkin run for 5 or 6 people at work the other day. We ordered on the app and I headed right over. Like 10 minutes total and the dude working had all our drinks together and correct. Bravo. Then I noticed he was the only employee. He was taking care of the drive thru as well as the counter and now even breaking a sweat.
I knocked off a star because he was the only employee and I think this location could use at least 3.

Avoid this Dunkin. This is about as bad as a Dunkin I have ever seen. Dirty, unorganized, chaotic and the bathroom was out of order. Attached to the back of an Irving gas station, I should have known better.

The two girls at the drive through were literally in the middle of an actual fight. My bagel came out raw with only a sliver of cream cheese and they totally missed one of our donuts. But I didn’t want to get involved to ask for the other.
Waited 19min in the drive thru and ended up having to go somewhere else anyway.
Yesterday, Brad was working the drive thru and he was great; friendly, fast and easy on the eyes. Bring back that guy, this Mini-League Women’s WWE tournament was definitely not what anyone was looking for today.

One of the slowest dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been to, paint drys faster than their handling of orders no joke in 10 minutes time have only moved up two places in the drive-thru line
