Whoever owns this place. To put it lightly, you are terrible. This has to be the worst managed Dunkin in the area or even the state. You need to be working here until you get people who know what they’re doing or trained enough to handle a rush. Or at least you can witness the stress and garbage they have to go through while getting paid most likely minimum wage. Guessing you have high turnover, and you’re sitting at home wondering why. I don’t blame the workers unless they’re incompetent or rude, like the one who ended up making my order. I’m sure you don’t care though because you’re making money and the college kids will keep flowing in. Embarrassing.
Out of all the workers it seems like there is only 1 person who knows how to handle everything. She had curly hair and said she’s been there for a long time while apologizing to another customer who had a long wait. Appreciate her work and can tell she’s under a ton of stress but pushing through. Guessing she’ll move on eventually and this place will somehow get even worse.
I waited 30 minutes for a single hot Americano with 3 creams and two sugars. I had to remind them about 20 minutes in. Seems they lost my order. But others waiting had just as long of a wait. Got home noticed it was just a hot coffee with no cream. Great job.

Every time I come here I have to get my order remade. It’s the simplest order (medium caramel iced coffee regular cream and sugar). The other day they had to remake it 3 times before it was somewhat right. This morning I got a coffee and they forgot the caramel and I don’t have time to wait for it to get remade.
* They act annoyed when I ask them to remake it. I only come here cause it’s right up the street from house. Doesn’t matter what time of day I go it’s never right.

Employee gave a long sigh when we asked to change size from M to L, charged us for a large, gave us a medium, then took ~7 minutes to make a replacement. Also asked us twice if we had our whole order when we did not, feel like they should know if they have given us our order. Did not toast sourdough on breakfast sandwich so it was just soggy bread. Took 10+ minutes to make a chai latte that tasted like it was just steamed milk.

Never go to Dunkin anymore (used to be an every day customer) after paying for to many wrong orders but was out of coffee at home so decided to treat myself and the kids and stupidly didn’t try it before I left big mistake! Now I’m stuck with a cup of nastiness & two overpriced donuts (kids said they were gross) got charged for extra Carmel and there was no Carmel at all how hard is it to make a drink with THREE ingredients. Thanks for yet another disappointing experience Dunkin! Should also let your customers know when your upselling your “specialty donuts” that they cost more then the original donuts they asked for . $3 for a donut is insane . I’ll stick to energy drinks next time I run out of coffee before wasting another penny here

I’ve never had a good experience at this dunkin. Always long lines, poor service. I go there because it’s close to my house but it might be easier to drive to another dunkin. Today I ordered something, once I got to the window they said they didn’t have it offered something of less value then never offered me refund. Don’t go here if you have another choice. Got to the dunkin on Stillwater.

Food was great! The person who took my order at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. But the other lady (i assume she’s been there for a good amount of time) was extremely rude especially to the other employee. She was yelling at them or no reason at all and this caused the atmosphere of the place to feel off. I have notice this going through the drive thru as well. She is very aggressive when taking orders and snaps easily. Again, I have no problems with any of the other employees they always do an amazing job and are very kind. It’s just this one lady specifically.

I have been to this Dunkin several times a month over the past couple years. While the quality can vary depending on the person making your drink (Starbucks also has the same issue), they offer one thing that stand out: how quick they are give you your order, I have never had to wait longer than 1 minute unless there is a car in front of me. I also do mobile order at my apartment a few blocks away and within 5 minutes my order is ready. Today, I did a mobile order and ran into traffic so it took me about 20 minutes, unlike Starbucks that doesn’t care about your drink after they made it, one team member (thank you, I don’t remember your name!) noticed my cold foam was melting since I wasn’t able to pick up my drink in a timely fashion and put new cold foam on it when I was in the drive-thru. I really appreciate the service here even if the food/drink quality can vary some days. Also, it’s nice to see how friendly the team members are some days!

I’ve gone there twice recently and both times I’ve ordered a latte and they give me a cup of hot milk. They forgot to put the coffee in both times. I try to be understanding because people make mistakes but it wasn’t even busy when I was there and it’s happened twice now. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Unless I’m missing something, maybe Dunkin is very inclusive of mute employees. It makes me so uncomfortable when I go through the drive thru and they just don’t say anything? Even when I say thank you they just look at me blankly. I’ve never cared about customer service quality but just maybe training employees to use big words like “you’re welcome” or “hello” would help to not make people uncomfortable. However, the food and coffee is good and I guess that’s what matters.

ordered a large peppermint cold brew w cold foam on the app today and they didn’t have it apparently which is fine, but they didn’t even bother to wait until i got there to ask if i wanted milk or another substitute, so i just got slightly flavored black coffee. waited around to ask for it myself and was ignored. i get that y’all are busy but please just take one second to talk to the customer, it is possible. still giving three stars because usually someone does wait and ask me if i want a substitute and i appreciate that.
