I recently went to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Milo, Maine with my 12 year old daughter. She ordered by herself while I did some separate shopping. When I came back to pick her up she came to me devastated. Then she told me what had happened: she ordered a medium refresher and after they handed it to her, before she even took a sip, it slipped off the counter and it all spilled on the floor. When she asked for a replacement the staff member was so rude that they said they would have to charge her for it even though it wasn’t even her fault. And on top of that she had to clean up most of the mess before the staff member built up enough decency to help her clean up the last little bit. I felt so bad and I even offered to go back and intervene, but my daughter told me not to because she wanted nothing to do with that place so we just decided not to go back.

The store manager is actually one of the rudest people there. There’s a girl that works at night who’s the kindest best coffee maker ever, but their morning crew is the worst I’ve ever seen half the time my coffee don’t even get mixed. I’m about to go to Dover every morning and pay a little extra because when I go there at least I get a good coffee and if I say there’s a mistake they won’t argue with me and they’ll change it

The staff are rude. They act like they don’t want to be bothered by you, even if you are the only customer in the queue. I ordered a frozen coffee, they forgot my straw. I had to honk to get someone to come back to the window. When I asked for the straw they rolled their eyes. My hash browns tasted chemically like they had used oven cleaner or something and then cooked them. Very unimpressed with this location.

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to, waited in the drive through for 35 min (there was only 2 cars in front of me) when I got to the window the lady working says she is the only one there and it happens every day. Hire some people that is absolutely ridiculous and should never happen. If you can’t fill the positions then close the place down.

Popped in for two coffees and a frozen hot chocolate last Saturday, was given a hot one. When I corrected the server she told me that there was a price difference and I would need to pay the difference. I replied that that was her problem, not mine. I asked her to make me what I ordered. From the back I hear the tattily dressed untidy manager, Amber, piping up “I heard hot chocolate”. I told them both again that I ordered a frozen hot chocolate. She spoke over me the entire time telling me I was wrong and eventually I insisted she refund me. She was irritated and punched the till to give me the refund and I told her that her custom service was VERY BAD. She told me that she didn’t care and that one complaint was not going to ruin her day. She said she wasn’t afraid for her job. People in the area all know how awful Amber is and they won’t go back there. My advice to EVERYBODY is NEVER go to DD in Milo Maine. They suck and they have the worst manager! Amber you suck. I have told EVERYONE I know about you. DD you should get rid of her. She has lost me as a customer for LIFE.

Would be a lot better, if they ever got my order right. I get the correct food maybe 50% of the time. It’s getting incredibly annoying honestly, as they literally give me the wrong sandwich or donuts. I don’t alter the ingredients. It’s just the WRONG THING. SLOW DOWN AND VERIFY YOUR ORDERS ARE RIGHT

Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. My only real gripe is putting the lids on coffee wrong so they leak on you. In my experience put the back of the lid on the cup seal and it won’t leak I get coffee there almost daily and get leaked on a ton. Still staff is nice and friendly and delivers the product in a timely manner. I dunno what the rest of these folks are on about.

Friendly service, they were busy so took a few min to get to me, but I’m not knocking them for it. Busy is busy! My food was delicious, great coffee. I would go there again!
