I attempted to mobile order from this Dunkin’ and accidentally sent my order to another location. When I pulled up they said that they hadn’t received my order and would make it right away (gratis). I went in and they were fast and courteous. Everyone was very happy with their order. Thank you!!

9/5/25, 12:15PM. The dark haired, unhygienic and slovenly man at the counter needs more training or to go. He is rude and demonstrated poor customer service from start to finish. Restroom is disgusting, and not maintained with supplies. Corporate should pay a visit here. Avoid this location.

They gave me my order after he tried to charge me $25. Plus change and he had given me a discount???. And I said I just ordered it at the window at $18. Plus change. He took off and came back to the window without my card and handed me my food and took off again. I called ther at least 23 times between 7:30 and 8:00 last night and the guy answered and kept saying ya ya ya and hung up then WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I have tried this morning and they won’t answer the phone.

Ordered small frozen and regular coffee with two Croissant suffers. Waited 10 mins before we even got the frozen coffee. And another 10 to 12 minutes for food. Got the regular coffee last. Almost spent 30mins here. Down two staff so service is extra slow other then that good staff
