Tired mom stopping in to get coffee and a bagel since I hadn’t eaten that day I was excited for some cream cheese, the person taking my order was extremely short and rude, I was kind and used manners and was met with silence when being handed my food. I then started driving and grabbed a piece of my bagel 1/2 of it and noticed that half had barely any cream cheese and figured there was most of it on the other half as I didn’t look because I was driving. To my surprise I go to get the other half and there’s literally nothing on it, so I was given a bagel with about a little minute spread like they didn’t even care, one half pretty much didn’t have any on it the other half had the smallest amount. I’m not happy at all I was so nice and polite and was met with this kind of service, if my order was right I would of been fine with the customer service or lack there of that was provided to me, but to give me a bagel with no cream cheese and rude service is just not cool, I enjoyed this dunkin until this experience.

I always order the same thing, probably 3 times a week on my drive to work. A sweet black pepper bacon sandwich, with an extra egg. Not ONCE in the span of 4 months did they add the extra egg unless I stopped to open the bag, point it out and ask for them to give me another egg.

Decent place to pick up a drink, but just doesn’t have the vibe of the bigger franchises. Good thing or bad? You decide. I prefer it quiet, so this branch is perfect. Be mindful that there aren’t many tables and seats, and that they aren’t very welcoming. Parking is good and so is the service.

I was having a rough morning as I was about to take off for a 5 day road trip to be with my dad for his heart surgery. I was tired and worried and definitely needed some caffeine.
I was greeted by a young man named Sirus. He was helpful, happy, and fast. The food he prepared was delicious and his attitude made my day so much better. Give that boy a raise! He deserves it!

Ordered cappuccino lg got a half full cup of black coffee not cappuccino and they had no rush and order was clear and promt.

I did a call ahead, so I didn’t go inside, but it was clean on outside and plenty of parking. My order was ready when I pulled up. My only issue was that my Croissant sandwich was dry. I think it cooked too long. It wasn’t horrible but not the best I’ve had. It wasn’t so bad that II wouldn’t go again.

If I could give a 0 I would. After finally getting drinks right a young man tossed my bacon avocado toast at me. Got to my car and figured I better check my toast. First glance I thought it was rodent poops. I went back in to hear a young lady say it was a “tad” overcooked. Tad overcooked I would still able to tell the bacon this charcoal debris was far from a tad. It was fully ash. I left without the toast or my money back.
They want better pay but these workers aren’t worth what they are getting now since they feel chunks of ash is tad overcooked. Wish I’d taken my tip back after this…..

Let’s get round of applause to our local inconsistent staff for always making ordering online and picking up at store so very quick and easy. Read this comment, in your most sarcastic voice I understand people have to train to get their job and master their job but when you literally have a play-by-play almost every day on how to do your job and all you have to do is read the screen and deposit the product into the customers hand how much easier can it get? Yet this staff here still find a way to make picking up Coffee in the morning for my wife a miserable experience it turns a five minute trip into a 30 minute trip most of which is sitting at the drive-thru window. Let’s get it together people this place has a potential of being a very top-tier Dunkin. And then to be told that you’re wrong when they’re clearly making mistakes and admit to it at the end of the conversation after they’ve made, you feel 3 feet tall. I will be finding out who management is over here and who the owner of this location is it wouldn’t get to this level if this was the only time this happened, but I have waited to write this review after having been going to this location for over a year

I ordered 2 hot chocolates a small and a large with whipped cream and they tasted like boiled water, so I called and asked for them to be remade, and they were very nice and remade them no problem for us but they still taste like boiled water with almost no chocolate in it at all. Very disappointing, usually my favorite hot chocolate in the world.

Easily the best dunkin’ donuts within 100 miles. Fast service, food is good, order is done right.
The bagels are great here. The coffee is good as well, donuts are not stale like other locations. Food seems to be a step above at this franchise.
