I enjoy this location so overall giving a good rating. My only issue with every Dunkin is I ask for cold brew and I get iced coffee. They always try to give you iced coffee when they are out of cold brew like you won’t notice and it really pisses me off like I can’t tell it’s not cold brew just tell me you’re out at the moment.

I got the chorizo wrap. It was excellent. I buy my coffee grounds here, too. Can’t drink any other coffee now. They were out of the cranberry orange muffins, so I was a little disappointed. Those are to die for.

Hit or miss on how well of customer service you get. I ran in to use the restroom. Afterwards I figured I’d grab a coffee. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes listening to the employees talk and then when they finally realized I was waiting the girl had to finish eating to serve me. But she didn’t even wash her hands. I said never-mind and left. I don’t typically get food just coffee….

We usually have good service at this store location. We are wondering why they take the frozen coffee machine out of service at noon time to clean it, so no one can get a frozen coffee drink? Seems like that kind of work should be done after the store closes at night.

this place is hit or miss. The customer service here is usually not the greatest. Maybe 1 or 2 people actually greet you correctly at the drive thru, tell you your total or even tell you to have a good day. Usually they have a backed up drive thru line and ive gotten out of line before after waiting 15 to 20 minsm which is unacceptable because they have no inside service. Ive worked at a dunkin before and had to churn out drinks and always have a smile for customers. Im not sure who does the hiring for this location but they need to fire them and find someone else. Basically, they need to fire most of their staff or actually train them on customer service.

As alot of places these days.. understaffed, very long wait, was offered a doughnut for compensation. Refused donghnut but was pleased with the women’s attitude, she seemed genuine. I heard the driver behind me hitting his horn! What did accomplish?
