Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. Drive thru was quick until I got to the window. The sandwich I ordered and paid for was not available so I was forced to pick another that was not of equal dollar value. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window while I watched employees serve 10+ customers inside the establishment. The breakfast sandwich came out flat and burnt black. Normally I wouldn’t write a review but I just spent $20 and I don’t even get to enjoy my food.

Got a bagel from here, the bagel came out ice cold with half frozen cream cheese spilling out of every orifice. There was more cream cheese and there was bagel not to mention the water down drinks. If you’re really in a rush, stop by here Somewhere that isn’t run completely by a whole bunch of entry-level sophomores.

Don’t bother trying to get a coffee here unless it’s high noon! Not only are they unacceptably slow but they open whenever they feel like it!! Despite having hours posted they rarely open on time OR stay open until the time posted. It’s the worst Dunkin in a 20 mile radius

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order, hash browns are literally always burnt to a crisp & desert dry. Biggest waste of money. They are never made fresh and taste like they’ve been sitting on a warmer drying out for 30 minutes. They have looked like this the last 4 times I went. Even after asking them to make them a lot less crispy and to be made fresh. I wish the employees made sure the food was actually okay before selling it. Honestly a huge scam.

Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hardly toasted and was as tough as shoe leather and the cream cheese was almost frozen! Also got a large iced coffee with LESS ICE. Got the same amount of ice as usual. Very disappointed and this isn’t the first time!

The service at this Dunkin is always great however, whoever orders, the croissants, the munchkins the drinks there are several things that this Dunkin’ Donuts is out of when I go there today all three things that I wanted on my order not there whoever orders the items for the store really needs to step it up. The manager obviously is not making sure things are being ordered. Make sure you call before you go to this Dunkin because your items will most likely not be available.

We are frequent flyers at this dunkin and today some manger ladies for people who are atleast pretending to look important were sitting at a table serving no food just looks, and then We heard a employee explaining something to them just to use a disrespectful way of speaking to her employee, very disappointed in my local

the workers here are delightful and very fast workers given the circumstances, but the manager, karen, seems to be as helpful as a sack of potatoes. while i was in store ordering, she left one worker on the floor as she went out for what seemed to be her third smoke break of my time there. the worker was left alone to deal with a rush of orders as karen was out back. i heard her send another worker out to do a task that is usually done at closing, leaving this worker alone. when the worker asked for help from karen, karen replied “no, i’m done with floor work today.” this clearly shows a complete disregard to the people under her management, and is quite honestly disgusting to experience.
edit: as i have written this, karen has been on a 15 minute smoke break, leaving her employees to work alone. one person had to come in on his day off to pick up the slack she was leaving.
