I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ the other day, and I want to recognize Cindy for it.
From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she was welcoming and upbeat. She greeted me right away, listened carefully to my order, and made sure she understood exactly how I wanted everything.
What really stood out was how fast she worked without ever making me feel rushed. She stayed friendly the entire time, kept the line moving, and handled everything with a calm, positive attitude. It’s not easy to balance speed and customer service, but she does it effortlessly.
Employees like Cindy are the reason people come back. She made my mid-morning better, and that kind of service matters. Dunkin’ is lucky to have her on the team.

Got a sandwich and a coffee. The employees were nice enough. However, whoever made the sandwich needs to wear food prep gloves because it tasted like cigarette residue and I had to toss it. Coffee was also regular when I ordered decaf

When I went there, there were only two people working that day. But these two young ladies did everything they could to make things go smoothly. I watched them work together to try and get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. It’s easy to complain about the service and the time it took to get your order when they’re only operating at half staff. I will continue to frequent this establishment whenever possible.

I have lived in this town since before Dunkin was built here, and It takes nothing to be kind, ever!! And that’s what your employees are lacking big time. I ordered a shaken oat milk espresso and when I was handed it, firstly there was no communication. Just a shove of a coffee. And as someone who has been a barista in the past, this was missing a shot and was not shaken. A wrong coffee is one thing, but actively showing you hate your job on your face and by the way you speak is another. Do better please.

Ordered a mobile order on my way to Dunkin’s, no one in line in the drive thru, the lady taking orders told me they just received it…no problem I knew I probably would wait a few minutes…get to the window and the guy with scruffy beard opens window and looks at my coffee and hands me a straw and says “here” and I could tell my coffee was made wrong but I didn’t bring that to his attention he saw that he made it wrong and then fixes coffee and comes back to window and says “could you give us 5 minutes to at least make your coffee before you’re sitting here at the window (I never said a word about having to wait) closes the window and stomps off and throws something across the counter like I did something wrong. Customer service is great here! And my coffee was horrible. Three people with no customers in store or in the drive thru and I get reamed for arriving too fast. I get coffee EVERY DAY. Will never go back to this Dunkin’s

The place was atrocious. Dirty and it took forever for our food.I was a 1/2 hour late for work.Thirty two minutes two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. The person making the breakfast sandwiches were terrible. Yelled at customers. I will not be going back.
