Flies were all over the place. I tried ordering everything bagel bites, they were out. I got plain bagel bites and they were barely heated. The core with the cream cheese was still cold. The whole thing tasted freezer burnt. Im glad they were small because now I dont feel bad about them being wasted.

There were also bagels just sitting out, pre sliced. They were just fully exposed to the atmosphere.

At approximately noon on Monday, February 2, 2026, I stopped at the West Gardiner Service Plaza with the intention of using the restroom and purchasing coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts.

There were no customers at the counter at the time, so I approached directly rather than entering through the stanchion ropes. I did not initially notice another couple approaching from the designated entry path. The cashier raised her hands in a forceful manner, said, “Wait a minute,” and asked whether we were all together. I responded once, calmly, with “no.”

Despite this, the cashier immediately became aggressive in both tone and demeanor. She raised her voice, made exaggerated gestures, and loudly directed me to use the “correct” entry point. This response was confrontational, patronizing, and unnecessary, particularly given that this was an innocent and easily correctable situation.

Because of this behavior, I chose to leave without making a purchase. As I was walking away, the cashier continued to shout comments, including that the other customers “did not care,” and told me to return and place my order. This made it clear that the issue was not about maintaining order, but about inappropriate and unprofessional conduct toward a customer.

I do not expect special treatment, but I do expect to be spoken to respectfully. A calm and polite request would have resolved the situation immediately. Instead, this interaction reflected a serious lapse in basic customer service standards.

I see now why the ratings are so poor.
It was 530 am and the speaker behind the counter was so loud I shouted my order. 1 drink and 2 orders of hashbrowns. He them made 2 drinks and brought them over. I was confused and said it was only supposed to be 1 drink and 2 hashbrowns. I suggested the music was a little too loud if you can’t hear my order right in front of you. I then ordered a everything bagel sandwich and to my taste was burnt although the assured me that is standard for dunkin donuts. The menu items do not have black burn marks all over them. Can anyone else who frequents dunkin more than I confirm this is the standard to cook a bagel?

Hazel was the name if our cashier and the person doing everything.

She was on the morning shift at the front counter alone when it seemed like a minimum of 2 people should be there. Even with having to do literally everything herself (take orders, payment, mix drinks, pick donuts, make sandwiches, etc.) She was moving fast and getting through the line faster than I had expected.

Dunking understaffed this place or poorly staffing this place is likely why it has bad reviews, but this worker was making up for it ten times over. These types of workers deserve so much more and I hope Dunkin compensates her FINANCIALLY for all her hard work.

Charged me $16 for a large hot coffee and 25 count munchkin. Didn’t offer me a receipt. Absolutely absurd they’d charge almost double what it costs at any other dunkin.

I love this Dunkin Donuts, it is my favourite location the staff are always so friendly and get my order just right. The two young guys this morning were very and friendly and got my order perfect!

This os by far the worst DD we ever wrnt to.
There was a live fly walking on the donuts in side the glass disply. The floor and counter were sticky. The server played a loud music and ignored as as the line was building up.

We left after 15 minutes.

My coffee was made wrong my girlfriend went back in for me to get it remade and the barista was extremely rude and didn’t bother remaking the coffee instead just put the flavor shot into a cup for us to add into it worst customer service I’ve ever had from a Dunkin
