Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. I placed an order for cheddar bacon omellete bites via the mobile app, went inside after 10 minutes expecting my order to be waiting for me, but waited an additional 19 minutes before it was prepared and in the bin. The bites were delivered in a paper sleeve with no fork, and when I went to the counter to request a fork of course the exhausted looking cashier ignored me so I gave up. Their card reader isn’t working, plus the dining area is frigid. I won’t bother coming here again, and I may have to give up on Dunkin altogether since this is the third bad experience in as many months.

What an awkward experience this morning while I tried to order a drink that I saw posted by Dunkin on Facebook. Clearly whoever is managing the store this morning is having a rough day. A simple “no we can’t make that” would’ve sufficed. Instead I get scolded “absolutely not!!! I could lose my job over that!!”
Do better, especially if you’re in customer food service, I wasn’t rude. I was just asking a question about a drink. My 5 year old even said “wow she’s mean” as we walked away.
You’re also training people today, maybe that’s why you’re frustrated. Hopefully they don’t learn from your customer service attitude.

I went inside and waited over a minute for service. Not one employee ever spoke to me. I got in the drive through and was made to wait more than 3 minutes just to order. There were 3 people working the drive through window and they couldn’t get one order correct in 3 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn’t one available and that I should not expect much from people working for minimum wage. The owner should fire everyone and start fresh with customer service training.

This has to be the worst Dunkin in Maine!!! They never have half of the items on the menu and I asked for my wrap toasted and if possible they made it even more raw!!!! I don’t usually write reviews but this is at least the fifth time I’ve had the same experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I will not return to this location

Ordered an ice coffee and a donut. Waited for about 15 minutes. Finally got my coffee but no donut. Waited another 5 minutes and finally told the girl that I just needed a donut. They didn’t have the donut I wanted so I settled for a glazed stick. These people have no urgency in taking care of customers. I watched them hand out the wrong order to someone.

When I walked in today the manager and an employee were arguing about breaks. LOUDLY. After I placed my order the customer then complained to me at length about his break grievances and was cussing about it. I just wanted my order and NOT an explicitive one sided complaint about their break habits. Pretty unprofessional.

Ever since the old manager left, this place has been an absolute mess. Things aren’t nearly as clean as they used to be, and the employees are extremely rude. My friend went here and the cashier didn’t know what an English muffin was, and proceeded to get mad at her over it. Whenever I get a coolata, my drink ends up half coffee because the employees no longer rinse anything off between people.
It’s extremely disappointing how far this dunkin has fallen.

Got my typical winter fave, large peppermint mocha extra cream, no sugar. Simple order for this Dunkin, others in Augusta mess it up every time, they assume I want extra extra. I hate super sweet coffee, and with the syrup already sweetened, it’s enough sugar for me. This Dunkin never messes up any of my orders.
