The young man and two ladies working this morning were busting ass. I didnt see any of them stop for even a moment. They all did great and my order came out perfect. They all deserve some recognition and a raise. Big props to the only guy that was working there, he was reallt giving his all and not folding under pressure. 5 stars all the way.

Ordered a hot chocolate and a matcha on mobile order, also got some free munchkins with it with points. Showed up in drive thru, took almost 20 minutes just to get to the speaker with only 1 car ahead of us. When we got there, we tried to tell them that we were just picking up a mobile order but they just said hold on a minute. We waited for another 5 minutes and then we had to ask if they were still there. A different voice said they were understaffed (while an employee was smoking a cigarette outside), and we again said that we had a mobile order. They seemed surprised by that and said we could pull up. The car in front of us was still at the window and it took another 5 minutes for them to be done, so now we’re at 30 minutes and only just told them we were there for a mobile order. When we got to the window, they at least had our drinks ready but were apologizing profusely. The person at the drive thru didn’t even hand us a straw with our drinks and seemed shocked when I asked for one, she literally had a blank look on her face after that. And they didn’t even have munchkins available and didn’t offer anything because of that. And that hot chocolate was more like hot water, not good at all. Take your business elsewhere. 2 drinks from Dunkin should not take over 30 minutes.

They never have enough staff to run both the lobby and the drive-through. I left without a coffee after 15+ mins in lint multiple times.

Worst Dunkin iv ever been to. I’ve been numerous times in hopes hey could I better and had the most awful experience this last time. Waited five minutes at the speaker only to find the worker hanging out the window talking to someone in their car. He only started making my order once I got there, which was 10+ minutes after I ordered. Then I heard teenagers inside screaming random things and giggling, then heard one start screaming help me while I saw the employee laughing. And then to top it all off, once again my coffee was wrong.

This Dunkin is in a great location and does get real busy at times, especially mornings. They should try and schedule the A-team for the morning shifts instead of the bench warmers (i know you have to make do with who you have on staff). They’re usually friendly but need some more practice so the wait isn’t 10+ minutes and I understand that the focus is usually on the drive thru but if someone actually takes the time to get out of their car and go inside, which is rare, make them a priority. Not being negative just realistic.

This location is terrible. Their driveway is full of pot wholes that are never filled. Every single time I go for a Latte, they are always using the excuse that the machine isn’t working. I would think Dunkin had enough money to get a new machine or at least have it fixed, you are a coffee place
