I usually stop in the afternoon when leaving work.. no issues. The two times ive stopped in the morning though. Thats different both times ive order ahead through the app. The first time i ordered way ahead and it still wasnt ready and i had to ask for my donuts. ( dozen) today i orderd ahead so my coffee wouldnt be so hot when i got it. But to my pleasant surprise they gave my coffee to someone else after i waited in drive thru to pick it up and defeated the purpose of letting it cool. She said sorry but that only works for so long. I will still stop there but certainly hope they pay a bit more attention

Dunkin’s across the board need to start hiring people that will read the orders when sent through the app! Ordered WHITE CHEDDAR on my sandwich and got American. Too bad I was already out on the interstate when I noticed it!

I stopped about 8 am on Sunday. My 8 year old granddaughter and watched for more then 5 minutes while 3 young ladies walked by us ignored us blatantly. Until I asked are you going to serve us then one of them very abruptly and rudely said yeah, whatever. We got the minimal what we wanted and left. Never will I go there again.

Was just in there today 11/11/23. The worse customer service! No one was helping us and finally I believe it was the manager came out, annoyed and rude to take our order. Then she made them wrong, gross and bitter. She was upset bc she had to get up and do something. The girl making food was eating some of the bacon that fell from the food she was making. There’s was a young guy there and he remade the drinks, he did a great job! Make him manager and get rid of the lazy pants there!

Horrible customer service throu drive thru. Rude! Left and got 10 miles down the road and missing my other order of bagel bites, tried to call with no answer. Short staff I understand, but rude and disrespectful is not tolerable.

I think this Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome. There is one employee who is so helpful and goes out of her way to help! She helps the other employees there as well and seems to be a good leader. I haven’t encountered a visit where she hasn’t been there and rocking it out!

While I understand the labor force is limited, I’m not sure I can completely explain or understand my experience here. Google maps say location is open until 7. Arrive 645 and stand at front register for 5-7 minutes before staff (who is busy cleaning) notice I’m there. Someone comes out and says the register is closed and I question the time, apparently walk ins can’t be served but drive through can I explain my partner is using the restroom and get a “don’t know what to tell ya” in response. Okay, I then ask if I can walk through drive through, she says she doesn’t care. Go stand outside and “don’t weigh enough” to trigger the head set. Walk to window and am told they’re out of lost everything is decaf okay. Get charged full amount and leave. I’m a mainer and I want our state to thrive…This probably isn’t going to impact the location at all, but I won’t be back ♀️

Had a pre order of 2 dozen of donuts and we pre ordered it 2 days before Christmas so we had all the good donuts before they all ran out. We went to pick up our order and they gave our orders away to other people. There were no good donuts left. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. I wouldn’t go here.
