My visit today was very disappointing. Only 3 people working at 8 am on a Monday morning. I waited for a few minutes in the lobby and finally had to ask the workers if anyone was on counter. The gentleman on drive thru said yup that’s me. He came over and took my order. As I waited I watched the 3 staff member’s work. The gentleman working the food station began hacking and coughing into a rag, blew his nose, and went back to making food and wrapping sandwiches. Not only that, he then began to pull food from a trey and eat the food, then continue making food, all without washing his hands and changing gloves. Yuck! I wanted to tell all those poor drive through guests to not eat the food! Very disappointing this franchise can’t properly staff the establishment. I asked where the manager was and I was completely ignored.

I always order a large frozen coffee with a shot of espresso and my cc discount. For some reason today someone decided to put 1 cream and not milk. When they handed it out we both thought it looked rather dark and we left bc people were waiting. It was so awful I ended up pouring it out. $8.14 down the drain as we were well on our way to where we were headed. So heads up check it well BEFORE you leave. Had I read the label I could have handed it back. I really just thought it wasn’t mixed well. My mistake for not checking it but I’ll never leave another Dunkin without checking the label again.

This place never has what they sell. They never have the donuts that they allegedly sell and I order through them with doordash too many times and consistently. My sandwich that should be on a plain bagel is on an English muffin and I’ve called them and they say they don’t have it. I don’t understand how this consistently is a problem for months if you don’t have what you sell. How are you a business?

Waited 20 minutes for a coffee and when I brought it to their attention no acknowledgment or apology. I’m really understanding but at least acknowledge people that wait a long time.

Espresso machine broken for over a week, ordered hot chocolate, was disgusting with tons of chunky chocolate syrup. Bagel was saturated in butter. Will not be back. This isn’t the first time.

This is THE WORST DUNKIN IN AUGUSTA!!! It took over 23 minutes in the drive thru to get my coffee! Plus I ordered some munchkins to be all glazed, and I got blueberry ones and one glazed! It’s not the employees fault, it’s the managers fault because they are always short staffed.

Every time I go there the food is always so good, and my drinks are always perfect!!! The employees are always so sweet and understanding, every time I go there’s these two sweet girls working! One has blonde and brown hair and always helps me out with my orders when I mess up and the other one has straight blonde hair, and is always doing such a great job, I believe named Hailey! I messed up my order the other day and they helped me out without question! They’re definitely some of the best workers and go beyond requirement! They definitely deserve a raise! I most definitely recommend stopping there!

Zero stars. I honestly see no reason in keeping this dump open any longer. Wait times are ridiculous, they ignore you at the counter prioritizing the drive-thru customers. Just today I witnessed the so called manager interviewing someone and after that he gets up looks at the line of us at the front counter and disappeared. I’m done with this location and so should everyone else.

Driver thru is always 20-30 minutes long, even for 5-6 cars. Either poor management, poor training for optimized employees, poor wages so nobody wants to work or a bad work environment so people quit. Something, corporate take note.. I’m not the only one that has issues.

Always come in the morning to get my coffee before work, only this morning the store manager Jacob told two crew members to shut up “jokingly” while his crew was working to get orders out as soon as possible. After, he turned to a newer girl and mocked what she said when she had asked for him to stop being so rude to his crew members. After seeing a store manager disrespect so many women on shift during peak breakfast hours, I was appalled, and got my coffee and left. I won’t be returning to this location.
