I came in and ordered 3 iced coffees tonight around 7:15 and there was only one worker and it was Molly:) she ran drivethru and counter and never gave me an attitude once. usually when I come I get an attitude but Molly is so cute and sweet. I’m thankful she waited on me especially the fact I have anxiety and I don’t like being in public at all. She was very considerate asking if I needed a drink Tray. Thankyouu Molly:)

4years ago I had a very bad experience at the Wilton DDs with crazy + rude employee. All honesty …I avoided the place for years, but recently started going there for my> Cold Brew that gets me thru lol! Oh my gosh, what a difference in the staff!!! The crew working here now is really A game, every time. I’ve been seeing the same faces at drive up for a year now, always professional, great vibe even when they are so slammed. Anyway, came back here to change my review to top marks! Great employees should be rewarded!

This location is a good one. The ladies that work here are quick and they are nice to their customers. That is rare for a Dunkin in Maine. I just wish they would put a little more cold foam on my cold brews.

I especially like this place in comparison to the others I have visited. They’re fast and efficient. The other DD’s that I have been to make mistakes often, but not here . The Wilton DD has never made a mistake when servicing me while the others make it a habit. The place is even set up better than most. The help is exceptional, polite, prompt and they know you from your voice. Give this place a huge thumbs up and rate it a 7 if I could. Once you’ve been a couple times you’ll wish they all were the quality of this one. Unfortunately they are not!
