This used to be the best Dunkin in the area. The staff was great, very friendly, made orders fast and delicious! Now, the staff is slow, isn’t very nice to you, the food and drinks are terrible 9 times out of 10. I used to go out of my way to go to this location, I know go out of my way to not go here. Wasted way to much money on terrible quality drinks and terrible service.

Update for January 2026: they weren’t that busy . There were order tickets all over the counter, floor etc and the place was a mess. My drinks were lukewarm again and WATERY! An employee said she was having issues with “the machine” so who knows. I will not be getting Dunkin’ from this location again. It’s too expensive to get crappy coffee.

Waited over FORTY MINUTES for one drink, one sandwich and two doughnuts. My drink was cold (but wasn’t supposed to be), my sandwich was not terrible and the donuts were decent. I don’t know why this location was so slowwwww but I hope they aren’t always that way.

All in all good people working there are cool and always make the drinks and food right. Drive through is fast. But trying to order inside always takes forever to someone even knows your there. Maybe move the register over to the pickup area. That way the 4 or 5 employees all working the drive through can see when customers are waiting to order inside.
Night time their only using the drive through register anyways so after a certain time we order at the pickup area.

This used to be the go-to Dunkin in the area. Over the past few months it’s a 50/50 on if the extra espresso shot I pay for gets added. Save your money. They seem to have had a staff changeover and they’re less friendly and less thorough.

This is by far the best dunkin donuts in the area. The crew here is very speedy. They work very hard to make sure everything is right. Their drive through line is sometimes completely wrapped around the building BUT it’s always moving. They are on top of their game. I drive out of my way and past other Dunkins to get to this one.
