After repeating, “Large caramel iced latte with liquid sugar and whole milk,” several times, why am I still surprised to have received a sugarless cup of milk with 5 espresso shots in it? I was wondering why my order was like $8 higher here than other locations. Terrible.

This Dunkins was amazing until recently. I’m not sure what happened, but the old staff is gone. I don’t recognize anyone here anymore. I came here every single day, until recently. Now I drive down the street further to another location if I can. The coffee isn’t nearly as good anymore, the staff isn’t as nice as the last crew, they frequently run out of stuff and don’t mark it unavailable on the app, the trash is always full outside, and the signs have been messed up for weeks at the ordering station and nobody fixes them. It’s like nobody here cares. With the other crew, it was fun to come here every single day. Now it’s like what’s going to go wrong this time

It’s Dunkin.. and it’s drive through food so there’s that component. I find most days they are on point and a lot of days it seems they are short staffed but the staff that are there are busting their buttons to get your order right and quickly. We often use the app and so just have to say, on line pick up for so and so, and then wait through the line to get our stuff. The staff are always pleasant. It’s not their fault if they are short staffed so be pleasant back. Thankyou. ❤️ And if you’re in the rush I recommend using the app and ordering 5- 10 minutes out from your arrival time. When you get to the window it’ll be waiting for you.

I was greeted unpleasantly. Ordered 3 donuts and and figured that was easy enough for the stressed-out looking worker to handle. She came back and kind of threw the bag on the counter. I stayed pleasant and thought it might help her day a little. Nope, I got a glare instead. Hey, if you dislike your job this much, maybe working with the public isn’t for you.

Really short-staffed. I give those who were there credit. However, they would not be as behind as they were if they paid attention to customer’s orders. I ordered my drink twice and it was still wrong. Perhaps they would not be as behind and scrambling as they were if attention was paid to making a drink correctly the first time.

Continuously pumps out un-toasted bagels and bread. Poorly made coffees then when asked if they can make it correctly whether it’s coffee or food, they dish out attitude. Will no longer be going here. General manger and franchise owner should really do there jobs to assure quality standards are met. I never “Karen” out but dang I had to on this one.

Best coffee ever, good food, and I am usually very happy with the service team at any given store. The four star on service is only there as my current dunkin is struggling with time management and keeping staff long term. If they get the time management figured out I would say 100% and mean it.
