got a loaded chipotle hash… these are the driest “loaded” hash i’ve ever had… as you can clearly tell lol. and there was only 1 car in front of me and many behind me as i waited over 5 minutes to have my order taken. plenty of staff inside. sort of confused why both the service and food was extremely poor.

Ok so me and my stepmom and cousins went to go get Dunkin before my sisters cheer comp and me and her both got a breakfast sandwich she got hers on like a rap kinda thing and I got a regular one on a English muffin after I eat my sandwich, I started getting nauseous. My mouth gets watery. I feel like we have to throw up so I go to the bathroom and nothing comes out. My stomach starts to hurt and then I took Tums and it all went away. And then my stepmom started to get really bad stomach pain, and cramps We both couldn’t go poop and we were constipated and now we’re having diarrhea. I don’t recommend.

The workers here are beyond slow, it takes 15-30 minutes just sitting in the drive-thru waiting, they take there sweet time and put no care or effort into their work at all.

I used to enjoy stopping here.. but now customers should be grateful if they even get waited on you will sit at the drive-thru 10 minutes and nobody comes to even take your order. After 17 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order I had to drive off. Save your time and just don’t stop at this location

The service here is terrible I stopped by this morning to get a quick doughnut sandwich before work an it took them about 20 minutes to make my order and there was barely any customers I dont know why it takes someone so long, the workers act as if this is there first day working yet they’ve been here for months, while I was sitting in line waiting for my food 3 cars left because it was taking so long

A newly renovated Dunkin. The service here is unfortunately poor. I ordered 1 refresher and 1 large ice coffee with cream and sugar. Somehow whoever was taking my order ended up thinking I wanted 2 refreshers. I asked for a refresher, not 2 or 3. Just 1. The employee refunded me for it which isnt bad. However when I received my coffee, it was all cream, no sugar. Completely cream. If I wanted milk, I would’ve gone to food city.

While my overall experience with the cashier and the person taking my order was very very pleasant, I am quite perturbed to find that I did not receive the right order. Or at least I was not let known that they did not have what I ordered. I ordered two orders of veggie egg bites, and bacon egg bites. I am allergic to bacon. I called the store several times as I cannot return because I have to go to work, and this was to be my breakfast Only to find that the number does not work or does not lead me to talk to anyone.

The food and the drink were not the issue during this particular visit. My one star review comes from this seeming like a one-man show and my start to finish experience time being longer than 20 minutes. There was one darker skinned, young gentleman, taking orders very politely, making the food and the coffees, while I witnessed an extremely wet Floor and three other employees texting and laughing on their phones while this young man did everything himself. I also saw another young lady come behind the counter pour a drink and then go in front of the counter and leave the restaurant as someone who’s been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. I am absolutely appalled. I wish I had gotten that young man’s name he deserves a raise and to be recognized amongst his management team for his hard work and keeping calm under pressure and being polite while having absolutely no help during a peak hour this was around 2:45 PM
