The customer service was immaculate and my latte tasted like I made it myself (I work at Dunkin and make on point latte’s) I just had to write a review to praise the woman who made my coffee, I wish I had caught her name

Used to be my MOST favorite place to stop by in the mornings as all the workers there were so sweet and kind and everything was perfect and order was always accurate. Today saddens me as I found out it was sold to another company and all the workers I loved, left. I got my coffee made the exact opposite of what it was. Had to get my coffee remade 3 times and each time, WRONG. My husband was treated like he was incoherent and just with plain rudeness. I can’t even express how upset I am knowing this happened and the fact that the new company hires just about any Joe on the street and slaps them on a coffee station with no training. Sad to say but this is my last day going to Dunkin around here as the company/ owners had slowly bought out all them and ruined them. Aroma Joes, here I come!

Went in today to pick up a mobile order and got it home and its missing 2 items. drove back and went inside and told them i was missing a coffe cake muffin and an egg and cheese sandwhich. then i was told the muffin i ordered they were out of which would have been nice to know when picking it up. Got the muffin and waited another 15 mins and never got the sandwhich. Sorry I dont have time to wait around for your screw up. This isn’t the first time they haven’t gotten our order right. always missing an item. I really hope the owner of this store reaches out cause he needs to have a discussion with his staff on getting orders right.

You get ice coffee and it’s filled with ice like wth?! Two sips and it’s gone no matter the size!
Donuts are never available after 9ish..they have leftovers only
I understand the situation of each individual but some of them aren’t meant for this type of job ..like dealing with customers.

Ordered a 25 count munchkin, paid for it, then after the guy gave us the munchkins did they tell me they only had glazed and jelly filled. We only got 16, and we paid for a 25 count. We should have been told before hand, and not paid for a 25 count!

Very pleasant staff while going through drive through. My coffee wasn’t made correctly the first time so minus 1 star for that. So I parked and entered the store to remedy the situation and it was a nice clean establishment, I was greeted properly and was asked if there was a problem with my drink and I simply said “it didn’t taste right” and she told me she would remake it for me. I believe that’s how it should be but that’s just my opinion! Solid 4 stars!!

I spend around $16 a day on two Americanos with two extra turbo shots everyday. One in the morning, the other in the evening. Many times in the evening the servers clean the expresso machine hours before closure causing me to go other locations. Not to mention, many are unaware of how to make an American properly. No consistency constantly having to go back or coaching them to how much expresso is needed.

99% of the time, everything is right. And when it’s right, great. I always get the midnight blend where they usually have to make a fresh pot. They do so every time, and I appreciate it. Drive-thru is always a toss-up, so you may have to roll the dice on whether to play bumper tag with the car in front and behind or do a walk-in.

I was expecting a wait due to the power outages. But while waiting in the lobby. I heard a young woman of color yell out Large Black coffee. Her co worker politely asked her to not say it so loud. She responded, well you know I’m a “race” baiter…I, along with the 2 other women standing beside me were saddened to hear that. I hope someone can coach this young lady on how to act when serving the public.
