What a train wreck!!! First tried to buy a gift card with my app and told not allowed. (Stupid rule) and they have managed to get our orders wrong 2 days in a row. They do NOT know how to make decent coffee here. If you like playing roulette with your order then stop here. If you prefer to get what you actually ordered, avoid this place.

Employees are on point and super friendly, this place will actually stir your coffee so that your non-dairy creamer and sugar isn’t just sitting on the bottom of your cup while many other locations won’t take the time to when there’s a big rush, so for that I thank you guys and gals , oh and there’s quite a bit of Employees on the floor so it takes absolutely no time to get you what you ordered, through the line and back on the road fast, superb crews working here day and night

Thank you! With the newest renovations, this Dunkin location has been busy because we all want to give it a try! The employees are patient and kind, even when the lady in front of me yelled at them in the drive through for no reason. No matter what, the employees are awesome and deserve raises and should never be yelled at. I appreciate the food and drink and I will be returning often.

I appreciate that everyone has bad days, but my cup wasn’t marked (9CS/MC) when I took a sip to discover there was no caramel, and tried to get one of the girls attention (she looked as though she were on heavy sedatives) she ignored me and walked away, twice. Thankfully the sweet boy that took my order to begin with was warm & welcoming and put some caramel in there for me and even filled the cup the rest of the way. One person can ruin your entire experience at a place. I’ll give them another chance though.

Service ok, depends on who is working. 3 trips out 10 they will tell you espresso machine broken. Once waited nearly10 minutes in an empty drive through… In evening, finally drive off to see 2 workers and one customer(who already had a coffee) chatting it up. I go because it’s close to my house and the daytime workers are really good.

Just came back from there. Going through the drive through. Lady taking the orders was super rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. But Jenna at the window was a real sweetheart and made up for it. Food is good coffee is well mixed (no giant globs of granulated sugar upon first sip). Overall: 4/5

I’ve gone here twice and each time the drive through woman, who’s name i haven’t got, has been extremely rude to me. I had to get my drink remade today and even then it wasn’t what i wanted. I’m not returning to this location. I have worked at dunkin for s long time. I know how things are suppose to taste and i know how customers should be treated. They need to look into that at this location.
