This Dunkin was really nice! The place was clean and employees continued cleaning while it was slow. The food and coffee were nice and hot. The staff were friendly, not only to customers but also to each other. The donut selection was limited, but that was only because we came in around 9am, after the morning rush. Hat off to the young lady (Katie?) at the register who took our order. She was really nice, very friendly and approachable.

Ordered on the mobile app on Christmas as they were showing open. Drove out of the way to get there and they were closed. Up would think they would automatically refund the orders. Reached out with confirmation of order with a screen shot. They said my email didn’t match and reply to that same email with more information. I ordered under guest check out have you the full order. Like what! Keep ignoring me for a refund knowing 100% I couldn’t have picked it up. The drive there was more inconvenient than the amount I spent but coming up empty topped it off. Now getting ignored over this refund request is crazy!

Shocked at how absolutely watered down the hot chocolate was. I just ordered an X Large and not only was the cup not filled to the top, it tasted like hot water. Horrible.
I get hot chocolate once a week from a different Dunkin and it is amazing. This Dunkin is garbage. What a waste of my money. If they are selling what tastes like watered down hot chocolate, I wouldn’t trust their coffee to be any different.

Avoid this location like the plague. Came in for two donuts, no drinks. Nobody else was inside. 3 workers nobody came to take my order. Eventually one said “we have to prioritize drive thru, go order on a kiosk” so I go to the kiosk and there are no donuts listed but I can see about 6 different dozens in the case. I ask if I can just tell a human what I want and hand them money and they said no. If this is the AI future, I don’t want it

Pulled up ordered a tin of 10 munchkins, the order was supposed to be $17 and some change the young gentleman at the window, listening to his earpod, not listening to me, I tried to correct him because he put just 10 lunchkins, and it’s supposed to be the 10 munchkins. In the wicked box, he just kept saying yeah, I know yeah, I know with his earpod and not paying attention and tried to hand me 10 munchkins in the bag, and I wanted 10 munchkins in the box, trying to explain it to the next woman that walked up, she slammed her hand on the counter walked away, saying I was screaming at her. So the next lady come over, I think it was a lady.Look like a man but I think it sounded like a lady.She’s all angry.I refuse to move.I want the munchkins i paid for. so they called the police.The police came sorted all out.The woman was so mad, she wouldn’t give me my munchkins.Instead, she refunded my money.If you can call her a woman , i’m not sure what she was. These folks are rude.They’re hateful their coffee sucks.

Because of a help shortage, they allowed me to order at the drive thru.
And they let me come in for a few minutes to warm up before I walked home.

Please avoid this one ** tldr: obnoxiously rude manager and poor quality.
They got half of our order completely wrong. One of our bagels was supposed to be a sandwich but we got two bagels with a wad of cream cheese, and no bacon on the avocado toast which, all of which did show correctly on the slip. When we went back to try and rectify the manager was excessively rude and demanded a receipt or it was “just our word” well we had a photo of the order with the slip which he didn’t accept and we didn’t have a receipt because they just didn’t give us one at the window. Not coming back here will be using one of the other dozen locations from here out

Other Dunkin’s in the area are better (not in Bartlett though). Food sat there in the mobile orders but we walked in and ordered and waited forever. Toast barely toasted and butter everywhere when reaching in bag. I gave it back.
