I placed a big order ahead of time at this Dunkin’ and had such a great experience. Everything was ready right on schedule, perfectly packed, and exactly as I requested. The staff was organized, friendly, and clearly work really well together, you can tell this location is well run. It made the whole process quick and stress-free. Definitely one of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to!

Worst time ever took over 30 minutes to get our order. Was wrong the first time had to go back in. Staff was making food and touching their phone between orders (worse thing to do phones so many germs.) will make someone sick I get they were busy but on a food safety level it’s not okay the sugar and milk station was built up could cause cross contamination

Never have liked the coffee, however I have always been able to make due. But seriously when the doughnuts are stale don’t sell them! Stale dried up doughnuts are definitely not up to dunkin donuts standard. Very disappointing.

I go here every day, order the same things and it never taste the same. Constantly have to go back and ask them to remake it. I’ve had this store and other stores heat up the bacon and now they’re telling me that I can do it on my own because they don’t want to.

This one has the rudest staff ever! Older woman next to me was forced to use kiosk order system… because the woman at the counter waived her away from ordering… apparently the worker did not speak English…. then an English speaking attendant came to the counter and was really rude to the customer… not cool! You can do better DD!!

Gotta hand it to this crew – they’re efficient!! I normally would never wait in a line even half this long for a coffee and a sandwich, but I had pre-ordered with the app so I was stuck. I was dreading my wait, but it was only 5-10 minutes, which is incredible when you consider there were probably 20+ cars in front of me! And my order was perfect.

So Im sitting outside this Dunkins at 130PM on Aug 27, 2025, eating a sub I got from the store next door. I’m in my Army uniform as I’m active duty here in Maine, doing drug prevention work with youth coincidentally. 4 young kids, about 12 or so, on bikes and scooters come rolling by. They go into the Dunkins and come out a minute later. I just happen to hear one of them say to his buddy, “I asked them and they said yes.” Not sure what they were talking about. A minute later, they come over and present me with a Boston Creme, and thank me for my service! Clearly, they had asked the Dunkins staff if they could have a donut to give to me, and the staff gave it to them to give to me. Thank you to the 4 kids for the thoughtful gift, and thank you to the young staff at this store for empowering these even younger kids to be able to make this gesture. Seriously, well done!
