Incredibly slow. One lady working the register as well as making all the drinks and food. Props to her, but they need more staff. Line of people out the door and line wrapped around the building for the drive thru. Staff was nice though

Terrible. I’m sorry but just because you’re closing in 5 minutes, doesn’t mean you can’t make a pot of coffee. You’re Dunkin’ Donuts that’s ridiculous. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and if someone came in even 2 min before we closed I’d make them coffee. Actually I wouldn’t have dumped all the coffee until we were officially closed, you wait til the sign is flipped and the doors are locked then you dump the coffee. Kind of infuriating that this isn’t common sense. If you’re still open then you should still be able to serve people. Otherwise what’s the point, just close.

Dunk’n has become a real hit or miss experience. In addition some locations are making an attempt at touchscreen ordering rather than real people. This is fine except the inconsistency from one location to another just adds to the hit or miss experience.
