The service and staff are equally terrible. The service and staff are equally terrible. Filling a large cup with 90% ice and calling it a drink is dishonest.
When we politely asked for another drink this time with less ice, the staff handed us a half-empty cup and claimed ‘less ice means less drink.’ That’s not customer service, it’s cheating customers out of what they paid for. As the evidence shows, even after requesting less ice, the cup was 605% ice with the top quarter left completely empty. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on how customers are treated

If you’re in the mood for kind of warm coffee this is the place for you. The coffee is never hot. EVER, even when they first open. I go to other DD locations, the coffee is cold like all the others. I’ve even emailed the corp. head quarters, they send you a free cup of cold coffee email credit with a short window to use it. After many years of buying coffee at DD I think it’s time to find a new place. Maybe Aroma Joe’s. I bet they own a microwave .

I’ve stopped at this location a couple of times. Thursday was the worse. I ordered a large unsweetened ice tea and a chocolate covered donut. I can’t even explain what the ice tea tasted like??? Then I tried the chocolate covered donut. OMG it was terrible. I threw them both away! Terrible location, don’t stop here.

Bad customer service. Mobile order placed and paid for. 2 employees inside locked lobby and drive thru at 715pm when hours are until 8pm. Don’t pay them…they locked up early and ignored a paying customer. -1 stars if possible.

Not only do they mess up a Latte and a simple hot coffee with 9 and 9 they also do stuff like this! Then refused to remake the latte and refused to refund me! A blue hair in my latte, and over cooks the hash browns so you can barely eat them. I’ve only been here 5 times and they mess up every time! I also would like to add I’m clearly not the only person who feels this way! See for yourself!

Always quick service at this particular location. Perfect toasting of my bagel! Here’s a hint though if you would like a cup of ice water you need to specify tap water otherwise they’ll be handing you a two dollar plus bottle of Poland Spring at the window.
