Another Dunkin that can’t make simple 1 drink orders. Honestly why is this place in business it’s completely ridiculous. Ordered a frozen matcha with whipped cream got matcha milk with no whipped cream.

The past 3 times I have come and ordered my order has been messed up every time. Same order every time and never made correctly unless I go up, usually 2 times. When you ask for them to redo they get upset. I think it is because they are usually understaffed.

Dunkin’ Donuts is located just outside of downtown Wolfeboro. It is small compared to many other DDs. Service is generally OK, but the take out window is very slow with long lines. Doughnut selection is sparse like many other DDs. I like the coffee special of three 1 pound bags of coffee for $19.99 They are practicing safe COVID-19 guidelines

The food and drinks itself are fine, but the staff… I am genuinely worried about the staff. There was this manager who used the THROW things at employees and scream at them like customers weren’t in the store. I haven’t seen her in a few weeks but every-time she’s there she is always yelling or throwing something at the staff. I once saw this poor girl crying out back after hearing something get thrown in the back. Recently, there’s this new guy (I’m assuming because I haven’t seen him before) who DOES NOT DO HIS JOB. There was this girl taking orders and he was just standing there, and instead of helping out he yelled at her to start making drinks and stop taking orders… what?? I was sitting outside eating and I watched the same person smoke an entire pack before going back inside, are you not understaffed that whole time?? Why are the managers not doing their jobs and punish the staff (throwing things at the employees) it’s honestly awful to watch whenever I go in an it’s making a huge impact on wether I do go in or not.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. The worst Dunkin in the entire area. Today, I ordered loaded hashbrowns with extra bacon. First, I was given spicy ones, and I can’t have any spicy food, so I went back. Then, I waited 20-30 minutes to be given loaded hashbrowns with extra EVERYTHING, not extra bacon. The young lady on food service was even proud to tell me that she put “extra everything” (made my order wrong). I was a Dunkin worker myself as of last year, I never mucked up that bad nor was I ever proud of it. They enjoy ruining your food.

I stop by this Dunkin’ almost every day for my noon coffee, and I have to say—this team is simply the best. The service is always quick and efficient, even during the busy hours. But what truly sets them apart is the people. Everyone is so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cheerful—it’s clear they enjoy what they do, and it makes all the difference. Please do not go to this location I have the worse experience in MY LIFE today I got an Ice coffee and please check the pictures the cup is full of BUGs no Idea what kid but you can see a bunch of legs no sure if is a bunch a flys is very disturbing I almost drink the whole thing until I feel some thing chewing in my mouth I was driving so you can imagine I puked all over my car very disturbing please don’t go there you’ll regret it.
