Do not go to this dunks, they take forever and everything will be disgusting. They don’t know how to do their job. They need more training. I went in today because it’s close to my house. Ordered a large latte, when I got it, it was only filled up half way with coffee and the rest was foam. I went back inside, asked them to remake it, and same thing.

Not only was the women who was at the window rude. I got handed my drink (a refresher) which was not even mixed. And I had two wake up wraps that were not even cooked, they were just thrown in the bag. Pretty gross.

This Lady working hot foods when I went to pick up my mobile order was extremely rude. I was waiting about 30-40 minutes for my hot food when I asked about my hot food she started mouthing off until I left. It took about 45 seconds to a minute to do my hot food.

In the drive thru for 40 minutes. The coffee was made beforehand, despite the long line, so the cold foam had already sunk and spread by the time we got it. When we got the coffee, it was an additional 15 minutes at the window to get our food. We then got a completely wrong sandwich and had to go in to get the right food. There were many employees in the building, but not many doing anything. Numerous people were going in to get their food corrected as well. Never again for me. I get being busy, but this was ridiculous.

I love dunks unfortunately the drive-up service at this address is atrocious. I gave them several tries to improve their customer service. However, this visit caused my review. I’m the third car in line to be told “we’ll be right with you.” I figured they’re pretty busy and waited patiently too find after placing my order (small coffee) and driving around the corner, there were no cars in front of me or at the service window? Why? It’s a shame, when I pulled up there were 4 people inside with 3 walking around doing nothing. 1 was sweeping. Finally one of the standing around workers brought my coffee. Understand, I don’t know dunks working order or responsibilities of the staff but I’d like to suggest dunks promotes a team effort policy and have everyone work together? Or at least earn their pay check. Oh, the coffee was hot, I’ll give them that.

there’s one employee in particular always wearing a mask that has never not been rude to customers and slow. if you don’t like interacting with people and don’t like to work quickly- fast food service isn’t for you. i work in a cafe so i get it but we went through the drive through today- there was no one else in line and the parking lot was empty. i waited at the window for 6 minutes or so and not one word was said to me- just had the drink handed to me by her. and there was 3 employees so no excuse. maybe some more customer service training is needed

Employees were very slow, 3 of them were just standing around while one was doing ALL the orders so it took over 30 minutes for 3 items that should have been less then 10. The one that did all the orders; it was great, but the other 3 brought the stars down. There was no smiles and no greeting. They need to be trained in customer service and team work.
Edit:
It has gotten better. I dont see people standing around not doing anything anymore. Every one is doing something and the lines aren’t nearly as long anymore.
