I always come there really early, usually around 5:30am or earlier. The lady working the drive through window is always in a bad mood and has screwed up my order, charging me for a large coffee and giving me a medium. I hate going there and decided that there are better ones with nicer employees.

I have been to many a dunkin’ donuts, and I have never had a problem ordering a drink with a modification. Today was the first time someone told me that I wasn’t allowed to substitute oatmeal for whole milk. He was incredibly rude, and incredibly unkind. He told me not to come back.

Very savvy customer approach. After spilling small iced coffee all over my car, they had no problem replacing it at no cost. I was surprised as they had no obligation to. Very smart of a business to occasionally do this. Will be happy to stop by here anytime for that reason.

The drinks and food are usually made very well. There have been some times when something was forgotten or the food was a little on the overcooked side, but this is a very reliable Dunkin! The people are really kind and considerate, and it’s always clean and tidy!

The employees are super rude. My husband and I have ordered drinks on the mobile app a few times and have harassed us every time for “not giving them enough time to make the drinks”. There is no need to be nasty when we are completely willing to wait on things. There has never been any rush. One time there was even some food in my drink. Very upset with the customer service we have received.

Haven’t even left the property yet because I wanted to get my review out there. Went in to get coffee 5 mins ago and was greeted by Zach. He took my order correctly the first time, entered it in pretty fast and made my coffee very quickly. From the time he asked “how can I help you” to “have a nice night man” took not even 3 minutes. Coffee taste amazing and will definitely return. Definitely an impressive experience especially after my hour long drive home from work. Seems like he knows what hes doing an then some. Someone get this dude a raise!

usually don’t do reviews, but I stopped coming to this dunkin for weeks because the service is always terrible. came back this morning for the first time in a while and through the entire process of taking my boyfriends order, the guy on the speaker repeatedly interrupted him and gave him a nasty attitude while all he was ordering was one simple drink. don’t come here any time before 8 am, the morning crew never want to do their job and treat customers like garbage. its just awful, and I really don’t understand how they can get away with it.

Haven’t had good experience. Seems every time I order food, or coffee it’s not correct when they repeat it at the speaker?? I ordered a Boston Cream donut, a medium iced coffee, and a glazed stick. I got my coffee which was correct but got a chocolate stick and a jelly donut. I’m not happy. This hasn’t been the first time they messed up my order or haven’t given me something I ordered at the speaker. I think they need to listen more closely.

This morning I went into your Dunkin at 6:50am and was met by what I have to say is the rudest employee I have ever come across. She not only was rude to each and every customer but she slid what I thought was my order across the counter and she said here and turned away. I grabbed the coffee and walked over to the line at the gas station to pay for a few items and she yelled across the store and said you took the wrong drink , so I walked back over and was met with hostility yet again and was made to beleive it was my fault. This is not going to be tolerated and I know this won’t be addressed as I read all the other reviews and it all says the same thing. The employee tried to publicly embarrass another customer as I walked away. This is the worst run Dunkin allowing a worker like that representing your image and your company which is probably why your rated a 3.6 instead of a 5
