Always thought this was the worse dunkins in the area of nh and mass. But today it just confirmed it. Ordered a croissant bacon and cheese. I got my sandwich but not on a croissant it was a raisin bagel. When I called them the manager blatantly lied to my face about and acted like she knew nothing (maybe not an act). Coffee is always terrible. Now the food is inedible.

It’s only getting a 1 because a zero isn’t an option. Terrible place. I ordered from this location twice. Months apart and both times they didn’t have any donuts or munchkins and sent me stale muffins. Disgraceful!

Dunks employees are something else. They run on something not dunks. Daily they deal with rude people running late for work. Perhaps their numb to it by now. Being able to tolerate some of those people and still put together orders in a fast blur is talent.

I usually don’t go to Dunkin Donuts because they don’t make my coffee the way I like it. It doesn’t matter how I simply explain it to them. Then you have the cost. On this rare occasion the Young blond hair girl actually made my coffee the way I like it. She even shook the coffee so there wasn’t sugar left on the bottom.

Usually a quick trip through the drive thru. Took more time than ever before. Not a problem. Just not used to waiting a few more minutes as before. Will still go back when we are back in the neighborhood again. Probably just an off day.

This is the worst of the local Dunkin Donuts. They where a good store but the last 6 months they have been very bad. I have not had an order come out right at least the last dozen times I have been there……. including my last trip which was 15 minutes ago. After I ordered at the drive through and waited in the line of cars I get to the window and once again have no clue what was ordered. I told them again what was ordered and lady at the window handed me 2 bags and my coffee. I got home and sure enough I had someone else ‘s food. I could have checked the bags before I left BUT I shouldn’t have to….had to repeat the order several times. Oh well-the kids will be happy because all I got where 4 chocolate sticks……………..update 7/7/19 They have improved a lot since I wrote that 1 star review a while ago. Four stars now, they have been great lately.
