My husband and I just ordered breakfast here, Maureen (the manager I just found out when I called) is a poor manager. We was the only people at the counter (4 people working, 2 woman at front, and 2 males on drive up), no one and I mean no one even acknowledged us, no good morning and actually we never did get a good morning, we waited 5 minutes before we was even spoke to, Maureen finally said I’ll be with you in a few minutes in her not so cheery voice. We ordered, we paid, no thank you, the food after we got back on the road was discovered to be burnt, and discussing. Never will go back, and these people need to find a job they like.

I’ve given this one a few shots and of the 5 times I’ve gone there only 1 time my order was right.
I’ve ordered the same thing each time large hot caramel macchiato the tag on the drink says caramel.
And 4/5 times they don’t add the caramel.
And I don’t have time to go back.

Came in asking for sourdough and snackin bacon. Lady got frustrated with just for asking for sourdough rolled her eyes at me a grunted walked away without understanding my order or cashing me out. Her coworker asked if i been helped yet where the lady snapped saying she already did. Her coworker the girl with pink hair was much nicer and tried to understand what i was asking for and took over cahsing me out. The lady handed me regular bacon and when i told her it wasn’t seasoned she told me it was when the bacon was very obviously not seasoned she got frustrated for me asking her to give me what i ordered. She made me extremely uncomfortable like i was wrong to walk into dunks and order food. That i was apologizing for being a bother to her. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like this. I feel bad for the girl with pink hair having to work with the lady as the lady made it felt very hostile in there .

Workers were rude here as well! I’ve made another review on another dunkins and this one was less uncomfortable and more rude if anything. Teen girls were rude about another customer minding their business and it was so unprofessional and upsetting.

I think that will be my last Dunkin run ever. I continuously get the wrong coffee. I always order midnight because I don’t like watery garbage. I’m not sure if people are too lazy to make it or they just can’t read. The last 4 times I’ve gone to Dunkin they have given me regular coffee. I’m sick of paying for something that I don’t want. Goodbye Dunkin. Back to Starbucks I go. I don’t care that it’s more expensive, atleast they give me what I order.
