This place was slammed! Not enough staff to handle the window and walk-ins. The 2 kiosks didn’t work at first. When we finally got to use one of them, the line was so long that there was enormous pressure to move on due to the line that had built up. So we missed ordering everything. It was quite annoying to have to go back and order additional items. It was not a pleasant visit

I wish I could give 0 stars. The people here are NOT worth it. Take your business somewhere else. Plenty of great coffee shops and a dunking a few minutes down the road. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly in my life. The young man with the white hair needs to be fired.

I can’t give the place three stars, but I also can’t give it five. I’ve come to learn that all of these establishments are the same and tend to mess up drink orders so I do my best not to order a drink. The one staff member I interacted with at the drive thru seemed pleasant enough.

Attention owners this is Probably the rudest Dunkin’ donuts I have ever been to. A younger guy with blonde hair took my order today April 16th 2023 at 11:00 a.m. I had to go back through because they gave me two bagels without cream cheese. When I explain to him We had two bagels that needed cream cheese, He walked off while I was talking to him, he comes back and slaps a cream cheese in my hand like that’s going to solve the problem, Doesn’t say anything to me not “I’m sorry” or “Oh let me fix it” he has a smug attitude. I tell him I needed two not one, because two people ordered toasted bagels with cream cheese, not one! Not to mention that they have us them untoasted. He rolls his eyes, walks off while we’re talking comes back with another cream cheese and slaps it in my hand and walks away from the window.

The woman working there now was extremely rude and had ZERO customer service skills! I waited for 20 minutes for my order and when I still hadn’t received it I went to the counter to ask for it. After being ignored the nice young man at the takeout window came over and helped me. I told him what my order was (hash browns and avocado if toast) and he found an avocado toast sitting under a coffee machine and handed it to me. I still hadn’t gotten the rest of my order and the avocado toast was cold and clearly had been sitting around for a while. She blamed me for it and said if I hadn’t waited to eat it, it wouldn’t be cold and they were not wasting perfectly good food. She kept walking by me making rude comments while I continued to wait for my order. If you don’t like people and your job then go get another one!!!!
