I go to this location early Saturday mornings. Last week I ordered a sourdough sandwich, I realized later when I got to work that there was only one egg on it, suppose to be two. Not big deal. Today order bacon jam special sandwich, I got to work and the paper the cheese or egg was in my sandwich.

Put in an order but it went to the wrong location. Called and just asked to refund before they make it, and I’m told can’t refund anything until Thursday when there is a manager.
Then the shift lead proceeded to laugh at the situation. WILL NEVER BE GIVING THIS DUNKS MY BUSINESS.
Customer service makes or breaks a lot of things, maybe so better training is needed.

I usually don’t post reviews but this is unacceptable, very poor preparation and unawareness of food quality. Cheese was burnt beyond being edible.This might be the end of us eating at Dunkin.

Ordered donuts and coffee through door dash. They sent us donuts that are already stale at 9 a.m. You’d think these were the donuts from yesterday with how shrunken and dried out they all are.

today.. got two bagles, they were not wrapped in paper, just cut in half and put in the bag.. with the plastic knives and the two things of cream cheese. Is this normal? They were not toasted but still. Never happened to me before, not a huge issue, but kinda feels off. Like it should have been wrapped in the paper. (Only cause of the other items in the bag) wondering if anyone else had this happen? I understand if someone has an off day too. If it’s like a new thing or normal my apologies. Just couldn’t stop thinking about it. They have decent customer service to regulars but not so much to non regulars, and not having a drive thru may be one to go to if you don’t mind waiting. Workers do their best from what I’ve seen, and we all know everyone is short staffed. Being understanding is best!

Go to buy breakfast for my kids and myself keep in mind it’s after 11 o’clock all the young kids inside are not able to give me or my kids their food because they do not know how to break $100 bill said they cannot do that because there’s no supervisor or manager there what is this world coming to if you cannot pay for food with cash also it is a real hundred dollar bill it is very apparent I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over 20 years The team that they have over there is absolutely horrible So after waiting and placing my order and then making my coffee I had to give it back to them because I could not break my hundred dollar bill I am literally trying not to lose my mind right now it would be nice if the owner of this Dunkin’ Donuts could take the time and reach out to me

Food was great, was served in a timely manner, crew were very nice! Only criticism I have is the lack of tables and chairs.
