Kind of a Dunkin Express I guess cause you order on screen instead of talking to a person. You can’t really see what donuts are available since they’re not on display. You order on the screen only to find out they don’t have part of what you ordered in your dozen. Then I had to get help just to order a Mocha on the screen. Got back on the road only to find out the donuts are old! Go somewhere else.

Horrible! I ordered a walk in order 30 mine later I had to grab my sandwich and never even got my coffee! They owe me a coffee who do I speak to? All of the rude employees? Who’s the owner? I came in and ordered two doughnuts. I’m still here at the time of this review. I asked the manager after 15 minutes of waiting if my order was almost out. She responded that I will get it when they get to it in a rude manner. I told her I meant nothing rude by it and she told me “if you think this is rude you haven’t seen rude yet” then stormed off. Wow just wow.

Always rude. I have ordered here a couple times and today will be the last day!!! They have forgotten to put espresso in my lattes, I’ve gotten cold coffee. I order ahead so I can pick up my order and it’s never ready. But today after getting the additive I got and my coffees wrong I won’t be back. Two others in town to go to.

Asked for a sour cream donut at drive through. The lady with the dyed hair cuts me off and goes “what is that I’ve never even heard of that in my life” in a rude tone. Then I said ok what about an old fashioned and she also said she hadn’t heard of it. She thought I was talking about the plain glazed. Also gave me caffeinated coffee when I asked for decaf. So I come to this dunkin donuts on a daily basis. Most of the time I’m treated fairly but there’s a couple employees that work over at the dd by KFC and fill in at this one occasionally. Those employees are the most rude and for whatever unnustifiable reason doesn’t like me and go out of their way to purposefully not put sugar in my coffee and I ask for 9 and get it the same way every time it’s easy to tell when it happens and who does it. Then the odacity when I call or come back for a remake toacream and cuss me out tell me I’ve been “kicked out of the store” which is very untrue I choose to not go the other one because of the disrespectful staff. I spend to much money on dunkin coffee to be treated the wayi do just because I choose to stop there and grab my coffee…. I’ve said something to the male manager and things got better for 6 months and now they are right back at it. I hope they can find better employees who can work with the public with no judgement or attitude because they’ll just keep loosing business from the loyal local dependable customers who shop their daily. Today I’m sure If I asked remake it I wouldn’t been able to guarantee they didn’t spit in it so I had to ask for a refund instead of remake. Kindness goes along way you never know how the other persons day is going just saying..

Not doing well today. Ordered a regular hot with 6 sugar and 4 cream, and they tried to give me an ice coffee. They redid my order and I got a large regular hot with 4 sugars and 6 cream. Really?

I give this visit to this location a low rate for the following reason. Wanting an afternoon snack and frozen coffee I stopped at the W. Lebanon location. I could see some new to me menu items. I ordered a chicken wrap at the drive through. Not realizing that the sort of sandwich was baked, I bit into it burning my lip and inside of my mouth rather severely. It took a week to heal!
I know this sort of thing has happened with coffee, however I just didn’t expect it to happen with a chicken sandwich wrap.
I highly recommend people pay special attention to any D.D. items you may have never tried before. You just never know.
