This is the worst experience I’ve EVER had here!!! I placed my pick-up order like I do every single morning before work, This morning I went 45 minutes after I ordered my coffees and they didn’t have them ready, they just had empty cups sitting on the table. No biggie, I left and came back when it had hit an hour since I ordered them, still nothing I stood there waiting for someone to help me every time I tried to get someone’s attention they walked away, I saw more orders coming through and them making them as they came in so I don’t know why I was being ignored and why my coffees were never made. So I had my boyfriend call to get their attention since they decided to ignore me, at first I watched an employee grab the phone and hand it to someone else and say “I don’t wanna talk to them” (VERY professional I must add) and then when an employee did answer the phone and my boyfriend asked about our coffees the lady just said “oh yes! The girl picking your order up has been sitting here for 25 minutes waiting”… and you still haven’t done anything but ignore me and not make my coffees? Even though you said yourself you’ve seen me standing there waiting? Finally after about an hour and a half I actually got my coffees, I thought mobile pick-up was supposed to be the faster option? Do better Dunks, this was really really disappointing to watch.

I have never likes ice in drinks or overly hot. So I ordered lite ice, iced coffee. It was still a half cup of ice with the drink 2 inches from the top. The guy was rude too. I understand the job, been there but this is not a good place to go. I recommend some other place. Not a good DD.

Three times at this Dunkin it has taken over 25 minutes from the order speaker to the window. For a coffee or two. Coffees would come out wrong, Once you enter the drive through there is no way out as well.

Repeated my order 3 times before it was read back correctly, I asked for 4 bagels sliced with cream cheese on the side and I repeated that 2 times. Just to get home and see that they still screwed up! The bagels were all sliced with the cream cheese put on them and the coffee had cream instead of milk (could deal with that) but either way when it’s repeated back correctly it should be made correctly. I live far enough out it wasn’t worth driving back there to make them fix it but I suggest checking everything before you leave. I understand mistakes happened but this was sheer stupidity. If you expect to be paid well you should do your job well. I bet if you were paid based on your job performance you wouldn’t be making close to what your being paid. This Saturday crew is a joke.
