I went two days in a row to get a bagel with cream cheese with an added egg patty (an additional cost).
On the first day they put the thinnest layer of cream cheese on only one side, which was quite disappointing.
On day two I ordered the same thing and they forgot both the egg and cream cheese!
I got the order to go and didn’t eat it right away, otherwise I would have gone back in.
Both days the staff were yelling at each other and rude to customers.

My coffee tasted like crap and I took a bite of my wrap and it was cooked with paper in it from when y’all put the egg in there. You forgot to take the paper out how careless. Wasted $6.60 thanks

Epically slow, girl taking orders sounded bothered/sleepy, she misheard our size of beverages and a plan bagel (toasted) with butter was cold as could be.

Went at just after 5 in the morning with a $30 order of bagels and drinks. When we arrived at the drive thru, the lady was extremely rude and said “We don’t have everything bagels” so we asked if we could get different ones then, and she said “NO! we don’t have any bagels at all” “You can come up to the window for your refund, have a nice day” in an EXTREMELY rude tone the entire time. I’m sorry we tried to get bagels at 5 in the morning! Her coworker that gave us the refund was reasonable to deal with, but that is ridiculous behavior over something so basic.

I’m getting fed up with this particular dunkin and the one on the Charlestown Road. Constant screw-ups on the orders and the coffee tastes terribly burntYuk!!!!! They forget things in the orders and screw up the amount of cream and sugar. Careless.

Repeated my order 3 times before it was read back correctly, I asked for 4 bagels sliced with cream cheese on the side and I repeated that 2 times. Just to get home and see that they still screwed up! The bagels were all sliced with the cream cheese put on them and the coffee had cream instead of milk (could deal with that) but either way when it’s repeated back correctly it should be made correctly. I live far enough out it wasn’t worth driving back there to make them fix it but I suggest checking everything before you leave. I understand mistakes happened but this was sheer stupidity. If you expect to be paid well you should do your job well. I bet if you were paid based on your job performance you wouldn’t be making close to what your being paid. This Saturday crew is a joke.
