Waited 8 mins without any ACK of our presence. Had to use the useless self kiosk. Hash browns barely cooked and crumbled. English n egg no flavor.

Only redeeming factor was the coffee

Seems this new site concentrates on the drive thru and APP orders..if this is the future of Dunkin Donuts I might start to enjoy Starcraps.

Two days in a row I went to my local DD. I wanted a chocolate frosted donut. The first day they were “out” it was around 11a.m. I didn’t think much of it.
The next day at 6:50a.m. I ordered a chocolate frosted donut. I was told they were out of chocolate frosted donuts! I asked how, I was told “we’re on a budget we don’t get enough chocolate frosted donuts!”
I will not go to this DD again. If someone in the corporation reads this remember you sell donuts always have some in stock.
The savings in reducing food waste will not equal the loss of business you have created here!

Most nastiest matcha I have ever had. Never in my life have I had that chunky of a matcha. They forgot my coldfoam, vanilla, and brown sugar syrup plus they didn’t even mix the matcha powder.

Absolutely worst dunkin ever. Poor attitudes from staff, disorganized, two of the same coffees tasting completely different and not correctly made. They need to step it up or find new workers.

Since they moved it has changed alot and not for the good. I hate the fact that it is so corporate it use to feel and be like a small home town coffee shop. Your order came up and your name got called now you are just a number. And now if you dont pay cash you are turned to a kiosk.I can say if a smaller coffee shop opens and is similar to the old dunkins this dunkins will be in trouble.

Moving to their new location in kings square can’t make up for the understaffing and poor service. Service is slow at best. There are never enough employees working to cover all the stations. They are often backed up with orders but they’ll be 2/3 employees running around while others are just chatting. The staff are not particularly friendly (I think because of stress of being short staffed). Often times I’ll see my drink finished but the person making it will make several other drinks and bring them over all for pickup at once when I’ve been waiting. I’ve waited up to 15 mins sometimes for a mobile order placed well before I arrive. Sometimes even after waiting awhile my order is wrong. Seems ridiculous to put all that effort into a new location without fixing other issues.

Cold breakfast and girl at window was not friendly. Im surprised how this place cannot get it right, seems every time i happen to go there, food is terrible or service is nonexistent. Are there any fresh bakeries that can replace this corporate junk!

This branch will not put the cream cheese on the bagel. Neither at the speaker or if you specifically select the option on the app

Some of us have powerful people in our families. For example, my cousin is THE former Head Detective of the state CT and Greenwich (not A, THE) and is somewhat famous. Was heavily involved with all 3 letter agencies. If you’ve heard of the Skakel case – John “Jackie” Solomon. Some times I don’t think you people know where you’re living. This isn’t Nebraska. And as the saying goes, “Treat everyone nice if but for one reason. You don’t know who they know.” If troublemakers on the staff (which seem to be management) aren’t dealt with. Then the owner will be. Remember it all starts at the top.
