Waste of money! Don’t bother stopping at this location. They are incapable of making a drink properly. We’ve given too many chances costing too much money and they still can’t figure out proper drink ratios. The staff is either poorly trained or too lazy to give a damn.

Went to dunkin at 5pm on 9/2 walked up was denied service went to walk up to door and lady ran to lock the door and said can I help you told me to go through drive thru. Ordered one medium coffee Carmel swirl cream only and a medium hot latte with one butter pecan and a donut. Latte was wrong with pumpkin then made a hot coffee with pumpkin spice? Then a guy was at the window being serviced?? But I was denied?? I then asked for my receipt and was told “oh I don’t have it, I threw it away with the rest” Horrible service and they didn’t make make my latte right for the second time?? Lady was awfully RUDE!!!

Visited this location while viewing the solar eclipse and this crew deserves a bonus!!! They absolutely were hustling and crushing it! The line was out the door most of the day and these ladies never stopped! I took a photo around 7am but when I went back at noon it was triple as packed! Great job!!

The manager Marilyn is the best she is so nice and always remembers everyone’s drinks and her employees are always saying how great she is. If she cannot do something for a customer there is a reason, and it is usually because it is against the rules for corporate. But if it can be done she will try her hardest to accomodate you. Her employees are great to, you can tell they know their regulars and will try their best to give you the best service there is. 10/10 recommend Colebrook Dunkins.

The counter worker lady had avery poor attitude. As she saw is waiting for her. She stated ill be with you when I can. As she was doing all of dt orders, 10 minutes pass. There ended up being two other works not doing much. And don’t bother to ask for any ketchup or anything your head will get bitten off.

I just went through the drive through. It 2 minutes to get my order. I ordered 2 large black coffees and a bagel sandwich. When I opened the coffee to drink it, it was cold! Aren’t you supposed to serve hot coffee, hot?! The lady at the window wasn’t very pleasant AT ALL! Ultimately, the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin Donuts!

Im not from Colebrook, i typically stop here on my way to/from home. This Dunks, in my opinion, is easily the best one in New Hampshire. The view from the parking lot is amazing. The service has been exceptional every time ive been here. And the bakery is like none ive seen before. The donuts are SO fluffy, and decorated so well. These bakery items here feel more like a local bakery than they do Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here i have to give props to whoever made the baked goods.

Great service, always friendly, good atmosphere as well. Unfortubately most of the time I order an iced coffee it looks like milk instead of coffee. It normally comes with 4 cream for a large iced coffee so I order it with 2 and still looks like milk most of the time. 🙁
Really sucks cause then I need to bring it home, make a cup of black coffee and add it and more ice into it and make two out of it.
Kind of destroys the whole idea of ordering out a coffee. 🙁

This is legitimately the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the entire Northeast. The staff is totally incompetent it took 40 minutes to get a black iced coffee and this isn’t a one time experience. It’s an all the time experience. Also, to wait 40 minutes for a coffee that taste like water is utterly ridiculous.

Wait times are usually very long even with a low volume of customers, especially the drive thru. Workers seem to be present but not very energetic.
