Sometimes they’re a bit behind, but they have always been kind and respectful towards customers regardless of how busy it is or how many upset people they deal with. Super amazing crew. I come in at least once if not 2-3 times a week, and I see their hard work and kindness every time.

I would like to share how angry I am that I placed a mobile order for the valentines donuts early way before I would pick them up at 8am!! just so I could get them before they were gone. It let me order them because they still had them to say I was disappointed when I went to get my donuts and they said “they remembered that order but they gave the donuts out” is an understatement. Very badly organized.

I order, thru the app(on-lie) 2 glazed donuts at 6:40 am, stopped in at 7am, my order was not ready. they were for my kid before school. waited 5 minutes, ask staff, “no idea< can't find your order". left and took the kid to school. came back, waited till 7:45, still nothing. asked the staff, still can't find the order. staff, kid of rude. one of them was not happy. I know there was only 3 workers and a lot of orders. one of the customers was trying to help with all the orders slips, and the rude worker said "not to worry, I hope they all get lost" I never got my order... I left...

Just because google and the Dunkin app say 24 hrs don’t expect to get breakfast before 430 when you have work at 5 and order at 410. It’s now 440 and I’m still waiting in the empty drive thru ↕️ I’m really hoping there was a serious staffing issue.

The cashier was not helpful. She gave wrong information. I had to wait in the store for 15 to 20 minutes to get my order because it seems that online orders took priority over regular customers.

The first Dunkin I have been to where you are forced to use a kiosk and they didn’t have almost any food items. I got the bagel bites and they were cold on the inside. I am genuinely astounded by the poor service and long wait at this Dunkin. Do not come here, go to the one in Berlin.

We recently stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts in Berlin, NH on our way home to Canada after a day at Mount Washington. We don’t have DD where we live so my kids were very excited to stop there.
I am especially giving this location a 5 star review because of the service. We were greeted by an amazing employee named Savannah. She was friendly, attentive, kind and went above and beyond to give us amazing service and that we would enjoy each and every sip of our drinks. Great experience!!! She was local so it was nice to see people leaving the restaurant saying personal goodbyes and thank you to her, by name. She even knew about the area that we were from and made great conversation. Our drinks and fresh coffee were very good too:) THANKS SAVANNAH!

Rude workers. They are not capable of running this place. Be ready to wait a long time to get the wrong order. Drive through sucks. Food is horrible and stale.
