The people here were decent enough. But Dunkin’ donuts was good in the ’70s and ’80s. Back when you could sit at the counter and get counter service. And the donuts were freshly fried. And the cinnamon rolls were the size of your head. And the coffee was a hundred times better. You Xbox babies will never experience this. But this place the interior is too small. I can remember years back it wasn’t set up like this, the old setup was better. I don’t know who designed that parking lot but its an abortion. But when you’re dealing with business in the North Country. You always have to account for the French Factor 🙂 The old saying you did that like a Frenchman comes into play

Absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. I never even get Dunkin Donuts but on that rare occasion that I have an iced coffee craving, I take the gamble and grab one in town since it’s the only one nearby. Terrible every single time. Today I waited in the car line for at least 20 minutes and then the window for at least 15 with no acknowledgement of my existence or an explanation or anything. Unreal! The owner/manager should be ashamed of themselves for allowing one employee to run the whole store. Awful. This isn’t an isolated incident. It’s always something whenever I’ve gone here. Never again.

I would love to put zero stars, but that’s not an option. All I can say is that I could not imagine owning this place. Once again, on a weekend morning at 9 am being told they are not serving food as they are understaffed. If this was an isolated incident, that would be one thing. But this happened to me at least 4 times in the last month or so. That’s my rant and review. Only go there if you don’t see a line or on a mid week day. Any other time, you are rolling the dice.

What’s with the raw bacon? That’s absolutely disgusting you guys serve people food like this. Got a donut and the donut is hard and stale, what happened to dunkin being good? It really is a waste of money coming here.

Just a tip, don’t go to this dunks on a Saturday. Made the mistake twice and never again. The snackin bacon I got was fatty as hell and there was only three pieces of bacon. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel. Mobile order was on the counter missing two bagels and I had to wait over 5 minutes to be acknowledged when I went up to the register to ask for help. On the weekdays this dunkins is amazing, weekends not so much.

Absolutely garbage I regret even coming ordered a ice coffee asked for cinnamon on top they forgot to put it in which is ok it happens but I kindly said excuse me can you put cinnamon on top she took the cup ripped it open spilling a bunch of the coffee in the process and puts cinnamon on top with extreme attitude. Like come on I work too and I don’t bring attitude to work
