Got my usual orders from this dunkin. The service was good, the ladies working were professional & kind. It did suck that there was no drive-thru. Tbh both drinks were way to sweet we didn’t drink them :/ this could be a fluke so I won’t hold it against them.

I stop here on way to st.josephs hospital in Nashua, at least 2x monthly. The staff is excellent, best I’ve met, they are polite, kind, very patient with customers , fast service and get orders correct. Whomever trained at this location did a great job with customer service ,I really appreciate it. I tried new ham and cheese stuffed croissant , wasn’t impressed. Stick to old sandwich in my opinion, or the sweet pepper bacon croissant is the best.

My underage daughter works there. She has made it known that a boy who works there steals tips & everyone knows it. I get a call from my daughter one day she Is working saying that the mother of one of the male employee that works there told my daughter that if talks about her son anymore she will do something about it. The boys mom who made this threat works there also. I immediately went there to find out why this lady did this she was gone at that point & it turns out that her son is the theif of the tips. She of course denied it was meant as a threat. The manager celina said she would take care of it because that’s wrong. Celina didn’t do anything as it turns out Celina is good friends with the lady who threatened my daughter as i found out from facebook. I called the hr department which was a pain in the butt definitely not user friendly so that I can report this threat. Celina & the threatening party were able to convene & say my daughter was saying stuff about this boy & even had a girl that works there say that. Well turns out the girl was the girlfriend of the boy so she made stuff up. I talked to HR & let her know that this was the case that the threatener her son & girl friend who all work there & the manager did this to protect the disgusting threating lady. You’re welcome Celina. Now the owner will know.

We love this dunks. The workers are extremely friendly and very hard working! Even on the busiest days they push coffee and sandwiches out in a timely manner. We pass two other dunks to go to this one, because we enjoy the environment that much! I hope they all get appreciation they deserve!

I’m only giving it three stars instead of 5 because I really don’t appreciate people who work in the food industry, who only take orders and leave their co worker to make all the food and drinks. This lady is just standing there taking orders and then leaving all the food making and drink making to the one other girl on staff at the time. I waited waaay longer than I needed to for my drink. I only got a drink. Because there were people ahead of me who ordered three sandwiches. They need to have a better system than this. Good chances are that girl doing all the work is getting paid the least too.

Staff needs to stop ssshing customers and listen politely when they try to place their order so that items are made as requested. Signature Iced latte was made incorrectly after I specificly requested it as it is advertised this being our 2and visit to this location where 1st visit staff hadn’t any idea what I ordered and tried to inform me on how to request it …only they were the uninformed being I have ordered this repeatedly at numerous other locations where it’s made properly

Better in memory but still good. Wish they had locations here out West. I loved FROZEN COFFEE. Coffee rolls smaller than 20 years ago. No longer have steak bagel sandwiches.
