I never leave bad reviews anywhere, but i have never been served this disrespectfuly by an employee. I simply ordered 10 munchkins and a coffee. He asks me (in gibberish and quietly ) « hot or iced »
I had to make him repeat 2 times to get what he said, and I am 100% fluent in English. He replies with an angry look and very rude manner and ends up leaving the coffee on the side, not even on the counter where I was. Young man with beard, white, mid 30’s possibly. This Guy clearly hates his job or had a very bad day.

Worst drive-thru experience ever. I wish i could rate negative. We pulled up and politely said hello — the staff snapped back, “Oh hello to Burger King… (something gibberish) this is Dunkin — we don’t just pull up and say hello, WAIT!” Absolutely rude and unnecessary.
Because of this we wanted to cancel our online order, but instead of helping, she rudely said, “Your order is done,” and shoved the food at us. The tone, attitude, and complete lack of respect were unbelievable.
To top it off, the drinks didn’t even taste good — we practically threw them away and ended up ordering from somewhere else.
Thanks for ruining our day, Dunkin. Train your staff to treat people with basic respect.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m saddened by the state of affairs when you can’t even order a coffee without the employee literally texting. zero eye contact holding her phone up. not to mention the poor other employee having to deal with this while obviously having to do all the work. please do better!!!

Went in this morning to get a coffee and there’s a close sign drive-thru’s closed but she’s clearly there working so I asked your closed yes so I can get caught up I couldn’t even get a coffee this place is complete BS so now I’m going to be late for work because I have to go elsewhere

Horrible experience. I will never be back.
First off , I ordered 2 hot coffee. Made it very clear. 2 hot coffee 3 cream and said I’d do my own suger.
I waited 15 min… asked about my order…
He made me ice coffee and didn’t bother to call out anyone’s order.
I corrected/reminded him that I ordered 2 hot coffees with 3 cream and ill put the sugar in.
He made my coffees in 2 min and I asked for a refund (money difference).
So then I went and waited over by the till.
Another 10 min.
The woman made a huge deal about the refund. It was only a dollar. But a dollar is a dollar in my opinion. And I’m not tipping for HORRIBLE service. Not even 1 dollar.
She then proceeds to loudly talk behind the counter about the stupid dollar refund that wasn’t worth her time.
The other employe (there were 4 employees) said loudly “she can just keep on walking without her food” … Again, it was 2 Hot coffees
So between 3 of the 4 employees. I think they need more training.
I was almost at the point of just asking for my $8 back and letting them keep the coffees.

Waited in line while the two women employees chatted about their personal life and continued to play with their phone and drama. They like to swear and the blue haired was going off on some tyrant. Eventually they walked away from serving the customers to deal with more of the drama in the back. Avoid this dunkin because it’s all drama and no customer service. Get what you pay for.

When I tell you I never go out to my way to write reviews but this store needs to do something the guy there is terrible the first time I went I was trapped in the drive through for more than 30 mins between 2 cars and the next time I go he looks at my at the front counter than continues to just do mobile orders. I stood there for 15 mins and just left he looks unprofessional and acts even more unprofessional

This particular location seems to have difficulty getting help. Every time we go here the lobby is always closed. Won’t even accept orders using the app on your phone. Don’t waste your time going to this place.

This place always makes a BAD cup of coffee. Doesn’t mater what time, who makes it or what you order. Want a latte? Here’s a cup of milk! Want an iced coffee? The coffees so watered down you Would think you were drinking flavored water. Everybody working looks like they’re high as a kite. Multiple occasions I’ve ordered my food with one person and halfway through another person jumps on the headset and either gets the order wrong or doesn’t know what the order is. It is a shame. Normally the food is fair, today it was missing the egg.
